That must have been when you were 17 hey Hil?

I'm fine thanks Sock's, portfolio is blue'r than it has been for sometime.
PRM is the bright light at present, should shine even brighter given time.
Would love to see 90p, would help to balance the books on my last couple of years.

Evening Socs.

I don't think I was that old when we met, 8 ball.

:-)

I've just been watching the programme on Channel 5 about plastic surgery that's gone wrong. It's a scream!!

vasey - 07 Apr 2003 21:54 - 1100 of 23498

hello everybody: nightmare day with the dreaded internet connection. Kept cutting out for no reason and taking an age to load. Seems OK now. PLEASE can I have a glass of bubbly Socks, I have deserved it today, honestly...

8 Ball - 07 Apr 2003 22:11 - 1101 of 23498

Socks has fell asleep Vasey, help yourself to the bottle.

vasey - 07 Apr 2003 22:38 - 1102 of 23498

You're a star, 8'ers. Finally BT have admitted they have had a problem all day and squillions of BT customers have been cut off at random - but they couldn't fix the problem, so decided they didn't have one! Wonderful.

Socrates - 07 Apr 2003 23:16 - 1103 of 23498

Hello Vasey
Sorry I was not paying attention when you arrived, I've been watching the Dam Busters on Channel 4. Most interesting. Is the bubbly OK? I put it in the cooler especially for you.

Socrates - 08 Apr 2003 17:26 - 1104 of 23498

Helloooooooooo, I'm home! Where is everybody, anybody?

8 Ball - 08 Apr 2003 18:53 - 1105 of 23498

Hi Socks.... looks like it's just us two sad gits tonight.

Well until the footie starts anyway, then I'm off.

jeffmack - 08 Apr 2003 19:14 - 1106 of 23498

I'm here guys. Been on holiday today so did some trading. Lots of effort for not much reward.

Socrates - 08 Apr 2003 19:26 - 1107 of 23498

Good evening to you both. It's nice to see I'm not entirely alone.

Jeff, I hope you enjoyed your holiday, just a day was it?

Did you hear about Saddam's doubles. His son lined them all up and said "there's good news and bad news. The good news is that the bombing didn't kill my dad, the bad news is he lost an arm"!

jeffmack - 08 Apr 2003 20:34 - 1108 of 23498

Socs
Just the day. Nice joke BTW

vasey - 08 Apr 2003 20:45 - 1109 of 23498

Evening Vasey

vasey - 08 Apr 2003 20:50 - 1111 of 23498

Quiet in here. What were you trading today, Jeff?

Funnily enough I was thinking of you as I was battling to use my BT connection. Were you caught in their crisis over the past 2 days?

Socrates - 08 Apr 2003 20:53 - 1112 of 23498

Hello Vasey, is your BT OK now?

vasey - 08 Apr 2003 21:33 - 1113 of 23498

For the moment, but they have been in denial for 2 days. Very frustrating and couldn't see to trade.

jeffmack - 08 Apr 2003 21:38 - 1114 of 23498

Vasey
Trading Dow and Footsie, did over 25 trades for a net profit of 40. I still use Pipex and they are good as gold.

Gdub - 09 Apr 2003 12:23 - 1117 of 23498

Hi folks!

Havn't been on the BB for a while, I'm shocked to see the sudden and unexplained departure of the pooch.

I hope he's o.k. Any news in this regard ?
