There's an email address for a contact at Hanson Westhouse Securities in the above RNS if you want to try and obtain further details. They haven't decided price and issue size at the moment.

Their website is here, but it doesn't seem to work very well in Firefox - it's OK in IE though (edit: I take it back - it doesn't work in IE either).
