Keep off the turf!

"Live everyday as if it's your last, because one day you will be right".

Please use your own judgement when betting on horses shown on this thread.

For most responsible people gambling is an enjoyable leisure activity.
Gambling may be a problem for people if they:
* Continue to gamble until all their money has gone
* Borrow money to continue gambling
* Lose track of time due to continuous gambling
* Neglect the welfare of themselves and their family because of gambling
The most important rule is to be a sensible and a responsible gambler who can embrace the thrills and excitement of a day at the races.

Just to put this into perspective, a couple of years ago when I looked at the tipster's rate of success, the best free tipster was the guy from The Star newspaper with a 28% success rate, closely followed by the guy from The Sun. If these are the best tipsters on the circuit, what chance have us mortals got?!!!
But, as you say, if you enjoy a punt or two & get the odd win, then what's the harm?
Roll on the flat season & then I will keep a closer watch on this board. Sorry, but chase & hurdles are just not my thing. One horse goes down & three more behind get stopped in their tracks! Crazy!!!

I like a dabble now and then mainly at the top meetings like Cheltenham and Royal Ascot when the better quality horses tend to run. You also know that every horse is trying at these top meetings. As regards fallers, I steer clear of novices chases as I think more horses can come to grief in these events. Unless you really know what you are doing, it is something that should not be taken seriously but, it is a good day out. Not many poor bookies about, so I will stick with my Ladbroke shares.

The shorter that everyone loves to hate 'Evil Knevil' aka Simon Cawkwell knows his horses it seems and gave another winner last week over on the other site.

Gentlemen,

If it is of any interest to anybody, I reckon that Natagora has a terrific chance in Sunday's 1000 Guineas. 3/1 is very generous.

Simon Cawkwell

Here's hoping for another 10 bagger. This is another who will strip fitter today and with a slight drop in class should also reward ew backers. Tens available atm for Supreme Team 2.30 Fontwell.
R. Whitaker had 2 winners at Ripon yesterday, he has 2 going tonight at the same venue. Good luck.
