Learn the Creative way. 2 Billion virtually untapped marketplace! (CEC)

hawick - 19 Nov 2003 10:35

The nursery and primarycare marketplace, says Creative Education's (CEC) chairman, is fragmented and disparate in the UK offering huge growth. This is an exciting ground floor opportunity. The shares trade around 8.75p, having edged up from 5p flotation as it reversed Priamrycare Group into the company, and the new company has made several acquisitions and seems to find backing easy to obtain as recent fundraisings show.
They already have over 1200 nursery places through these acquisitions (but that barely begins to scratch the surface as you can imagine), but the company looks sure to grow quickly and it promises rapid expansion and is seeking to make the company the lasrgest UK player, has a ten million fighting fund in place in this two billion pound UK market. It looks like a massive growth story for this 11 million market cap company over the next two to three years. If it captured just 1% of the market it would have 20 million business. If it is to become the biggest player look for at least 30% of the market - 600 Million!!
A strong Buy.

Suggestion of further fundaisings and acquisitions, up to 2 million possible near term. Seems to have really good backers. If it can do that this company set to grow quickly.

ajren,

Near my place is one of those private nursery. It does cost more then other state support nursery. But you believe or not tohave a place we have to be in a queu place 600, or at least a year until we get it.

People are friendly children as well I was there with my wife I think it is not much different than a good puplic nursery, a lot more collourful, brighter and more spacious, cleaner. Problem here is the word "good"? Like in any profession there are good people, hardworking willingness and love which is not guaranteed or is not always at a puplic place. Is it a private the requirement is harsher, stricter there are different measure .. however that is what people think, private is always better then public hence the shortage of place and long queu.

Private place does not mean that it is always better then a public nursery. I have to admitted, in searching for elementary school, I coincidentally foundout that one in the school integrated nursey has as well very friendly, professional staff who are child loving, and chidren are involve in baking, painting creaivities you could not believe it is only a public nursery.... Unfortunately that place has as well a long queu, local parent already know it.

So, good nurserey are to be found on both sides private or public funding. But one point they have together: the shortage==high Demand!

Private nursey although more expensive their place are as much requested as place in a good public nursery, so by the same place it more profitable.

Public nursery is plagued I couldn't imagine why by non-payment, part of fault is as well the long bureaucracy of fine, money demanding. Whereas private place they don't have such problem. Perhaps the parent who can get those place are well-off that money is not a problem, and not so wealthy parent are so happy to get a place for their children that again money should not be the first problem.

In short, CEC mean education for our children, and i believe there are chance short term when people find out about this stock, medium it will be profitable see the long queu, and it is a stock which could count on the support of all already parents, future parents or want-to-be-parents. I think deep in our heart, we would do a lot for helping our children reach further then what we have or could achieve, therefore CEC could could have a long way up to go in the long term, unless something very horrible came, like a next WW, a total market crash, or management run away with the cash, what aren't very real.

Me father of two in the nursey ages I am for this sock for a long term, believe me or not when I ask my parent, and 3 pairs of in-laws for their opinion. They used to think share tradings are gambling, but do agree it good that there is a share like CEC for private nursey. They all think CEC has a good future, and prefer to support CEC rather then some other fancy advertise comp, football, or tech stock. Nursey they all say is the growth thing in the future you can be sure of it, and it cant be wrong to support them, its for your children future, I am told. So after that evening I bought.

Just a haunch, I have the feeling this is a Virgin, a Buffet stock of the future we have here. "Buy what you think that You still want to have it tommorow." Children, their education, their future, theirs happiness is also ours. That is what we definitely want to have tomorrow and the day after.

I bring here the common sense, opinion of non-share trader .... if someone on this thread could summarise the fundamental, and add some TA then with all the facts U can decide to be pro or contra this stock.

I am a holder. So please DYOR. Due to the recent placing of 5p share, a lot of discount on the currently rise of CEC, a price retarcing is expected. But imo, good opportunity when price move up again, could rise quick.

draw?movingAverageString=10%2C25%2C50&sh

I print a compare with Vantis, as I have the haunch it is the stock which could be a red hot penny share in near future, one with a string of good record but unknown ... but a lot larger spread then CEC.
