Hello gang, this is more like it, as have only just spotted this thread and you will be pleased to hear that I had Pippa Greene and Tom`s Laughter today in a lucky 15.
My tip for tomorrow is Amanda`s Lad, and having tipped it, he will probably go down the pan !!!
I`m gonna keep me eyes on the tips here, if only for fun as at least you know where you`re money has gone very quickly and the "horse tipsters" who earn a living at this are, generally no better at the game than us mortals.....same with shares I suppose
good luck

Yarmouth
4.30 Grafty Green e/w
Good luck!

tabasco - 28 Jul 2008 11:20 - 112 of 9624

Slow day and very bored. So lets try and find a race.
Yarmouth 4.30 looks very interesting with most of the runners out of formthe one I like the look of is MuntamiThis John Harris 7yo is no world beater.but looking at his rivals this looks an easy chanceThe only time he has faced similar flat race conditions over the last couple of years was back at Newmarket Jul. 07.. 15f GF Cl4 Hc, 5K when he was 10L 4/7 behind Henry Cecils Market Forceswhich has since gone on to run second in a listed racewhilst Muntami official rating has dropped from 68 to 54...a reproduction of that form and he could beat his rivals towing a tractorThe other time was 11 Jun 08 Not 14 GF Cl5 Hc,2KHe finished 5L behind Pat Edderys Lapinathe form of this race has been mixed although the second horse has had three subsequent races and not been out of the first twoAnother plus is the trainer is in great form sending out three winners and a third from his last nine runnersThe fav. will be odds on and has obvious strong claimsthis could push the selection out to a very interesting sp..currently best priced 8/1 11.5 betfair

Please use this info to help your own judgement

Good luck

Wow, head to head @ Yarmouth, for what it's worth I take Centenary @ 16/1 to beat his more fancied stablemate and make it back to back wins for the trainer in that race.

Utt. 7.20 Left Hand Drive @ 16/1 and 8.50 Jo Jo Star @ 9/1 could be value ew.
Good Luck

tabasco - 28 Jul 2008 13:17 - 114 of 9624

Certainly not without a chance Georgeexcellent choice! he was a good 2yo Has had four trainers [ J Howard Johnson J S Wainwright J J Quinn D E Cantillon ] New trainer could have unlocked him... Never raced over 12f on turf..so who knows? My bet was good e/w punt selection....selection with That Look and Centenary... two r/fcs. We are almost on the same wavelength? Good luck

Great call George!.its nice to make a little easy money.Ive watched the VT through a few times and Centenary...Eye catching finish.. could be worth following again in similar grade.

MONEYTALKS - 29 Jul 2008 08:36 - 119 of 9624

Well done George with your horses yesterday, great tipping. Better off laying my selections at the moment! Oh well it's only fun money.

3.30 King Of Dixie
4.05 Spin Cycle

2517GEORGE - 29 Jul 2008 08:42 - 120 of 9624

tabasco, Centenary took a while to get going but finished well without troubling the first three.
moneyplus re Jo Jo Star he didn't jump the last 2 or 3 hurdles very well and was lucky to get 3rd as there was an u/r at the last, probably needs 2 miles plus.

Today R. Fahey has 4 going at Galway, stable jockey Paul Hanagan staying home for 2 Fahey rides @ Beverley --- just an observation.

tabasco - 30 Jul 2008 12:26 - 125 of 9624

Love Goodwood.. wish I was there.Small e/w punt in the opener with Downing StreetThis 7yo has only run on the flat four times in the last three seasons. The record is not bad.. winning one of the races by a jumping marginThe main reason for me is conditions.he has won over timber..in 3mile races with fast times. this might be a step up on the flat but he is sure to traveland stamina will not be a problem..off of 77 does he have the class? We shall see! Best price 20/1
Redcar 4-30 A race of the DogsI am going to give another chance to Farne Islanda very poor race and the selection is handicapped to do betterwhether he will put his best foot forward is another question.could be a very rewarding price. Best price 50/1 betfair 65 bit of a punt!

Good luck

moneyplus - 30 Jul 2008 14:45 - 126 of 9624

Mith hill 3rd-thanks George.

2517GEORGE - 30 Jul 2008 16:05 - 127 of 9624

I see manyriverstocross IS a non-runner, if he goes tomorrow then may be worth an interest.
tabasco I see what you mean about the 4.30 Redcar being an egg & spoon race if I had to bet I would have a small wager on Whittinghamvillage, hoping the 1st time tongue-tie would work.
moneyplus, cheers.
