Still Waiting

The chart for this stock says it all.
The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.
The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.
The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.
With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.
MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

I'm getting as fed up as you lot, and I must confess I just do not understand it. Cybit really are doing well and have lots of expansion plans. Phil5366 says that the shareprice is being managed, but for what reason??? Could it be that the price is being held at around 3p because TFC are planning a friendly takeover. The two companys are already close and I'm sure seats on the board could easily be sorted. Does anyone else think the same.
Phil/efc,
As you have a brother who works there (you have mentioned this many times on both boards so it's no secret, I am of course assuming it's the truth) you should have an idea if this is a possibility.
I KNOW there have been rumours in both offices about a merger between the two companies.
So come on then phil tell us why you think the shareprice is being managed and also why you say "watch closely this week"?

I have not been left out in the cold, I always said that I only hear rumours, some true some not, but as phil/efc is supposedly closer to cyh than I am then I just wondered if he could confirm that there are rumours at cyh about a merge/takeover involving tfc. I do not work for Cybit and more than that I will not confirm or deny.

Evening all
Been away fro a while due to access problems with my internet. Last time I was here the share price was hangin around 3p and no news. I am surprised to return to find that despite the contract wins (albeit one being a very modest affair) the share price has not mopved very much at all.
I for one at am a bit of a loss to understand why. What I do not have however is the value per share of the compnay ie if assetts were sold then how much would each share be worth? Has anyone got that info (its beyond my expertise to figure it out)
The share does look a little similar to RTD whereby even with news there was vereyt little movement until news independent of the company came out.
I for one suspect that cyh are planning an aquisition but most likley my money is on a european player as the recently added expertise on the board seemed to have strength in this department.
Basically I like everyone else am wondering how long it will be before significant gains can be made on the stock. I am regretting now not investing more in DFD and less in cybit
Oh well easy come easy go!!!!

Hi,guys,
According to my OBV reading, there is no winner ,no loser today again, this indicates that the selling force is abating(=3 days in a row!),shall we see the bulls in act soon? If so,phil/efc may actually knows somethings we don`t,
as he gives a hint that he would watch closely if he was "us"! rgds SBR.

Hi all,
If phil/efc has any better information leading to his prediction that there will be news out this week, as he intimates in his posts that his source is a relative working for C***t, then the person would have to be working directly for the board or a director for it to be anything other than a rumour.
IMO just be patient, its a waiting game for RNS of another significant contract which we all have expectations of it being sooner rather than later or a positive trading statement for the share price to head north and move out of its sideways trading channel. It the meantime the MM's are just manipulating the price and spread to keep up a healthy turnover in trading volume and earn loads of dosh.

All,
So far many of us have said exactly the same thing, "cybit is a good company and are signing deals, so why the static price". The only thing we can do now is wait to be honest. I agree with some of you that the price is being managed, because with so much selling this share would probably be lower than 2.5p if it wasn't good value. The full year results aren't far away and I suspect we'll all know what is going on by then, if not sooner...

just a thought but with the OFFER not dropping below 2.75p could it be that Billam are selling a chunk at an agreed price...it has been a while now and they would not have to report it to the market until the whole order is complete?
