jj50,
I'm mixing, would you like some? made to order!

jj50 - 07 Aug 2004 22:55 - 11080 of 23498

Lifesaver Stormie ..... thank you kind sir. Been decorating this evening, wish I'd never started, much too hot

STORMCALLER - 07 Aug 2004 22:56 - 11081 of 23498

I do wimps version for me, all the way to kicks like a donkey!
Name it.

chocolat - 07 Aug 2004 22:57 - 11082 of 23498

Go for the kicks, jj

jj50 - 07 Aug 2004 22:58 - 11083 of 23498

The latter please, with ice if possible but any mix would be welcome ... gasps with dehydration

STORMCALLER - 07 Aug 2004 23:00 - 11084 of 23498

One donkey with rocks, I even sliced the lime myself.

jj50 - 07 Aug 2004 23:00 - 11085 of 23498

Are you joining me choccie. Normally I would fancy a some chocolate at this time of night but I think it is a trifle too hot. Looks the same forecast for tomorrow without the sunshine.

jj50 - 07 Aug 2004 23:01 - 11086 of 23498

Thank you Stormie. Slurp ..... superb, especially the lime! Slumps back into chair, weary limbs instantly revived ... contentment.

STORMCALLER - 07 Aug 2004 23:05 - 11087 of 23498

jj50,
There's another one on the bar sorry I kept you waiting, just getting more ice, I think it may be needed

chocolat - 07 Aug 2004 23:07 - 11088 of 23498

Yep, jj, I'm getting midged to death out there now..

jj50 - 07 Aug 2004 23:09 - 11089 of 23498

Stormie. Thank you, this one is definitely having the desired effect although slightly concerned - Sylvester Stallone on TV appears to be speaking in a foreign language and titles are all written backwards .. do your drinks always have this affect? Quite pleasant anyway and more than I can say for the film ..You did an excellent job with your "sit in". MAM seem to have pulled their act together double quick. Well done :-))

jj50 - 07 Aug 2004 23:11 - 11090 of 23498

You will have to buy one of those citronella candles choc. I thought midges all lived in the West of Scotland, glad they are being shared around :-( I don't think they would come near one of SC's gins.

STORMCALLER - 07 Aug 2004 23:15 - 11091 of 23498

jj50,
Could it be you're watching the Arnie film, the credits were sort of Russian to set the scene, I am certain my little mixture couldn't have caused it..
Sit-in was a great success, forced them to get their fingers out and do the job in a reasonable time, I knew they were sledging.

Socrates - 07 Aug 2004 23:15 - 11092 of 23498

Oops! Fell asleep again. That's what comes of having too much Saki in my Vimto. It really is quite warm isn't it? I'm very glad I don't have a webcam because I would really not like to put everyone to flight with my dress attire.

I think I need an intravenous drip of Pimms No. 1. If I wanted this hot I'd go somewhere on a plane, this is England for goodness sake! Roll on winter.

I'm off up the apples, goodnight everyone.

STORMCALLER - 07 Aug 2004 23:16 - 11093 of 23498

Goodnight Socs

chocolat - 07 Aug 2004 23:16 - 11094 of 23498

So did I, jj - but they seem to find me wherever I am.
Hmmm, now I know why I've passed up going fishing for a couple of days tomorrow..

STORMCALLER - 07 Aug 2004 23:19 - 11095 of 23498

chocolat,
As usual my timing is way off, I thought tomorrow was only one day, go figure?!?

Refill, I think your last one has evaporated in the heat.

jj50 - 07 Aug 2004 23:24 - 11096 of 23498

Night night Socs. I am trying to puzzle out what you might be wearing - not goggles and one of those flying hats I hope!

SC. Reassured it is not the drink, just Russian or should that be Russchian? Excuse bad joke, I was at launch of Russchian way back when - can't believe it is still being sold.

Choc. Do you fish? It's what to do when you catch them that worries me..

chocolat - 07 Aug 2004 23:25 - 11097 of 23498

It's too late to go figure, Stormie.
But you're right..I seem to have succumbed to evaporation.

chocolat - 07 Aug 2004 23:27 - 11098 of 23498

Nah, jj - I just stand there and pat them on the head ;)
