Hello! GB Group holders!! (GBG)

stockbunny - 24 Oct 2003 15:06

Up at this moment by 3p - about to try and find out why!

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 16:29 - 111 of 187

Afternoon Mack - goodness knows and your guess is as good as mine
is the only answer I can venture I'm afraid. The next session of
reporting hopefully will help, maybe not enough info. comes out on
contracts the company wins etc (?) plus I wonder how many private
investors see one tumble in the price and no recovery, get impatient
and sell out - hardly helping the price recover!
Guess all we can do for now is hang on in there or cut and run...
I'm staying in personally a while longer.

Oakapples142 - 04 Oct 2004 18:54 - 112 of 187

Have they got another big buyer in the wings and they are trying to put the frights up us - Hold on Mr Wainwaring remember we are GB - " they dont like it up em "

Mack1705 - 05 Oct 2004 16:33 - 113 of 187

how far can this decline?

has there been a problem with their URU product development which I've missed?

is now officially the worst performing stock in my portfolio and when I bought(18p) I thought it could only go higher!

still think fundamentals are good for this company and the fall in price overdone...

stockbunny - 06 Oct 2004 11:57 - 114 of 187

Haven't seen any news that backs up the recent falls or even suggests
any problems - totally in the dark..

OakApples LOL Dad's Army?? You've lost me..... but remember if you are ever
in need of a beer (and you Mack) call into the tea-rooms - it may be
virtual support in the face of falling prices but it sometimes helps.

stockbunny - 07 Oct 2004 11:51 - 115 of 187

Ok positive movement today for a change!

jj50 - 07 Oct 2004 12:23 - 116 of 187

Bunny, that's because my stop loss kicked in and sold so you should be ok from here on!!

stockbunny - 07 Oct 2004 12:57 - 117 of 187

LOL JJ!!!! Are you lunching in the tea-rooms?

Oakapples142 - 07 Oct 2004 14:42 - 118 of 187

Hi Stockbunny - Having misled you with my Dads Army nonsence you are concerning me with your preoccupation with the tea room - Like the look of what GB are gradually doing this week.

stockbunny - 07 Oct 2004 14:51 - 119 of 187

LOL - ah well thats because I have to make sure the takings aren't
down in the tea-rooms for GoldDog while he's away you see LOL
Keeping fingers and toes crossed on the GBG front!!

Mack 1705 - 14 Oct 2004 13:10 - 120 of 187

double bottom forming?

stockbunny - 14 Oct 2004 13:12 - 121 of 187

Hi Mack - wondered if anyone else was around today to see we
have taken another knock back - I'm still learning on TA so
please explain further on the potential following a
'double bottom' forming - sounds painful LOL ;>)

Pete Adams - 14 Oct 2004 14:42 - 122 of 187

If the chart makes a double bottom after a fall, i.e. a 'W' formation where it hits a new low, rebounds a bit, goes back to the same low then rebounds again, it is a bullish signal. If the price line starts going up AFTER the w is formed it is likely to go up a lot from there.

stockbunny - 14 Oct 2004 14:46 - 123 of 187

Cheers Pete A for filling in the blanks for me - we'll see how
things go then from here.

Mack 1705 - 14 Oct 2004 16:13 - 124 of 187

thanks pete

if you want a graphical explanation this site is useful

stockbunny - 14 Oct 2004 16:35 - 125 of 187

Thanks Mack - I am on a constant mission to learn from this site
already but you never know one day I might get there LOL
;>)

stockbunny - 22 Oct 2004 16:04 - 126 of 187

YO Chaps!!
Please try and NOT faint on me, cos I wont be able to catch you BUT
we are UP 1.5p today at 16p!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well it's got to be worth putting at least a couple of flags out for!!
Fingers (or in my case ears crossed) people that a turning point
has been reached!
:>) (a highly optimistic bunny!!)

stockbunny - 26 Oct 2004 16:51 - 127 of 187

OK - let's hope it will be good news!!!

26 October 2004

Oakapples142 - 28 Oct 2004 10:57 - 128 of 187

Morning Stockbunny - the steady climb in October looks to be finishing in a flourish and for no apparent reason. Although good news not anticipated on 18th Nov maybe the analysts have got it wrong. Looking at recent posts there are only a few of us commenting on this one - good luck

Oakapples142 - 28 Oct 2004 16:12 - 129 of 187

Now up over6% - anyone know why

stockbunny - 28 Oct 2004 16:22 - 130 of 187

As long as it's UP quite honestly I'm tempted to say I don't
care why!!! (big cheesy grin!!) Sorry, seriously don't know....
