Bioprogress is a stock I have been in and out of quite a few times since it floated in May but not much mention here on the Investors' Room. Does anyone else follow this stock. I see it is up 1.5p today and a few good buyers seem to have appeared.

107606 - the court case has been big news for some months vs SEO. I thought you'd have known this as it has probably created much of this summer's moves in BPRG.

I hope you guys have been busy trading BPRG this am and
not sleeping from your midnight chat!!!!
Stalled again at 109, however there is momentum to push it
through, note that Wins are staying out of the picture. If
we can sustain a 109 bid for more than 5 mins(!) it should
be an indication of a move up. However, have noticed the CFD
guys in this am... wish i had my system up and running, would
have already hit the targets this am!
hasta luego

Well, a bit of news and I understand BPRG are to 'launch' on Nasdaq today. No, I haven't been stuck in a time warp. It appears the Nasdaq people were disappointed in the anti-climax and lack of glitz on BPRG's listing day. I suppose they might be feeling a bit guilty as I think it was internal Nasdaq 'bureacracy' that moved the original listing day and impacted on all the high profile publicity schedules such as CNBC interviews.
Well, the good news is that they are having a 'launch' today. GH will be in New York and, yes, BPRG's name will be in lights in Time Square. Don't know if any media coverage has been arranged. Hope so. Anyway, this shouldn't be seen as the day when BPRG takes off in the U.S. It is just an initial start to a continuing process of raising BPRG's profile in the States.
It will be interesting to see if volumes are higher on Nasdaq. Personally I will be more than happy just to see a gradual climb in volumes on the U.S. Many, myself included, had unrealistic expectations of the immediate impact Nasdaq would bring.
There were several good posts prior to listing by U.S. investors that warned against expecting immediate fireworks. They emphasised that U.S. institutions would take several weeks doing due diligence and volume levels would take a while to build up.
