I bought shares in this company at 4.5p in September 2003. I see they are rising. Can anyone tell me please the growth potential for this company as they have just been awarded several new contracts ?

I may be being just cynical but a 37% gain on the placing price with the consequent dilution is pretty good by any institutions standards. Us poor shareholders were not invited to share in this bonanza. I wonder why? When is insider trading not insider trading?

Bob Antell, Chief Executive of CMS, commented:
'This Proposed Placing is a crucial step in the Company's development. The
proceeds will provide us with additional firepower to execute our ambitious
marketing and sales plans that build on successes we have already achieved,
notably in the USA and London.
Moreover, we are delighted to welcome the new institutional investors to our
existing shareholder base. We believe that the mixture of private and
institutional shareholders which we will have following the Proposed Placing
should give the Company's shares liquidity at the same time as being a potential
source of raising additional funds in due course, if appropriate.
Through the Proposed Placing, we will have quickly raised significant new funds
for the Company, which, in addition to its existing cash reserves, should enable
us to carry out our 2004 marketing objectives and to have the balance sheet
strength to take advantage of additional opportunities which may arise.
The institutions' investments are a clear sign of their confidence in the
potential of CMS, our staff and the board. The next two years should be very
exciting for the Company.'

Last paragraph particularly encouraging.
The market reacted positively to the news, and the uncertainty is now cleared up.
I agree with geoffcow, that it is unfortunate that existing shareholders weren't given the opportunity to participate in the offer, but it is encouraging to hear that the issue was oversubscribed.
It is also probably fair to assume that a lot of longer term investors, including many on this board, should give stability to the share register going forward.
I hope the significant number of posts on this thread will alert other investors to the potential of this company & that the discussion will continue to be as informative over the coming months as it has been recently.

Great news Sue.
This is one of the first references to the company outside of shares mag, and Peter Lays Small Cap column in the Mail isnt a bad place to start.
Price seems to be drifting until new shares come onto market. The comments from the board regarding the next 2 years being the most exciting for the company, are really encouraging.
Some impatient will sell out. Its always tempting to stag the next penny share tip out there in the market, but I am very happy to stick with these guys for the next 2 years and enjoy the ride.
Turnover increased dramatically in the last half year and losses narrowed hugely. Think what difference the marketing campaign will have on turnover in the New Year.

Red 10 day moving average shows base building period this month. An obvious pause for breath.
This period may extend beyond the share dilution at 10pence.
I expect the share price to move north in line with the 50day moving average, perhaps not just as quickly, in the New Year. Deal flow will be key up until results around Easter time. I feel investors will anticipate dealflow and drive the price higher.
In todays markets investors will not have the patience for a company wasting money. CWV will be expected to manage its fundraising proceeds sensibly. We all wait expectantly for management to deliver significant growth.
If it does, it will be rewarded by a significantly higher share price.

SueHelen - Axe claims you post under a diffrent pseudonym. Would you be so kind to reveal what this name is as we may have already crossed paths on ADVFN and can share further valuable information. I can bring something back here in this thread which may interest you and the rest of the crowd.
If you do not wish to revail this information here, would you pass me your email address?

Sue has done very well research, Sue has brought the zinnover news prior to the RNS, and has done in our opinion an incredible task. I believe AXE would have agreed and AXE would not force her to show "Sue's identity". Regarless how important level we think our inquest should be. Even if we could be able to force Sue to tell us whther SueH. is a female or a male, with proof, would you not think how humiliated to one person it would be. I would not do it to you, to AXE, to me or anyone. Why don't just look at a person performance, what one has achieved fr the community and treat herhim with the appropriated measure.
I do believe you have something impirtant to share. But show it to her one day she/he will reveal the "real" identification without all the inquisitive question. Would you not agree.
I was totally surprised by the news she has brought, always try to scan the net, all news source in the hope I can find one news message earlier then she\she to say my thank. If that is a woman I do have respect for her sharp sense, and her gracious move in share dealing. That is all which should count
No offence intended, but please don't push anyprson this way, be patient, open your heart your maind share what is important for the thread your effort will then be awarded. Isn't Time is on our side, patience is our main hand werk.
PS:
I keep using "her", no sexism intended, it is only because I want to believe so in respect for this virtual woman. I admire her quality & her sharp sense.
