halifax - I thought it was worth a punt, went long yesterday (SB) @ 96.6 initial target 105.0 tight stop. Certainly trying to crack 100.0, we'll see.

Chris results on tuesday must be good otherwise we are all in the sh1t!

Balerboy, Personally thats minimum bopd and sp imo. Every spare bit of cash that i manage to squeeze out of the jar iam topping up here. Closest to a dead cert you can get.

Getting ready for an upsurge in the sp......it's just got to come....

I'm convinced that we about to clear the 105p mark at long last....in up to my neck.....biggest holding for me.....

Convinced or wishful thinking? Nothing has changed imo, to take the sp past the 105p level. I hope it does for all the holders, but in the short term I think that would be very hopeful.
Just on a lighter note on the subject of hope, I saw a quote today "I hope that when I die, people say about me, 'Boy, that guy sure owed me a lot of money.'"

Convinced.....it's got to rise quickly now....I'd be very surprised if there was a pullback.....both AFR and XEL can be put in an isa....

Reason for closing as reported on his site update 11.08.10 "Not really rising after a strong run and it's petered out at around this price many times."
Fingers crossed for just once he may have got that wrong! Pretty obvious though in a classic trading range, we'll see Tuesday :O)

I think that ftse should sharply rise on tuesday along with many other stocks.....perhaps I'm a bit optimistic but this autumn I can see perhaps very sharp rises to come along for many aim stocks as well as the main market.....hope I'm right....
