Just spoke to Kevin McGovern......
Frustrated with the current shareprice drop.
Feels it is caused by misinterpretation, rumour and excessive negative sentiment in relation to the RNS wording.
Have spoken to their advisors but there is no basis on which to issue an update because there is no change in the facts.
Full figures and comment will be in end September full results.
World Telecom Customers were sold to O-bit Telecom with no financial hit to EVS. O-Bit are a sales channel for EVS and the move is positive for EVS.
The level of the transaction does not require an RNS as it is not significant.
Tracy Ronan works for a company called Lavendar Communications and as far as Kevin is aware no longer works for Gamma Comms (Notwithstanding her name still appears on their website.)
There are no takeover discussions ongoing between Gamma and EVS whatsoever.
The company is very aware of the need to get the share-price up before acquisitions to avoid excessive dilution but primarily they are working diligently at the day-job.
Perhaps some others who are posing questions here would ring him - his number is at the end of most announcements and he picks up himself.

Ling -
Is that what we should call you or by another of your aliases. Haven't spent the last fourteen hours in the field harvesting to come back and read such utter nonense. There is only one poster who has spent so much time rubbishing the board, especially KJ, - we know a native or two who could put you in the pot!!
If you and your cohorts are spending their time trolling the BBs to deramp - well we say go and get a life.
Please don't come back with a riposte as we have a special one to cut and paste.
Good evening
DYOR - as you can guess, we have done ours!

Hi -
Do you know somebody in your industry with the initials SB - without mentioning names?
Regards

Just ignore annbar. Speaking as a psychiatrist I can tell you he's odd. He now seems to have structured delusions.

I think it might. I see that Mufmitz on the EVS board on AD V FN is an expert on TA but refuses to tell them what the TA is saying.

He is a self confessed TA expert. That's not the same as a real one.

Ling=Mufmitz
Come on guys wise up. Why do you think the so called Dr Ling is always saying how good Mufmitz's TA is, when actuallu Mufmitz knows zero about TA. Ling / Mufmitz was also banned from this thread / MAM when posting as Calidor.

Amazing stuff that some people post. Both Haystack and PTH seem to have problems but they are out of my area - I largely work with children. I would accept that children do have parents, however, so I do some work with adults.
I expect that Mufmitz doesn't much care what you think.

I think now that trouble makers like PTH and Haystack have arrived that I will cease to post here. There isn't much point and I really don't have the time to bother with this kind of nonsense. It is grossly stupid - the board should be for discussing EVS at a fairly advanced level but this clearly isn't going to happen.

Mr Ling / Mufmitz / Gismo
Not making trouble, just pointing out to other posters (particularly newbies) the dangers of following your advice / ramblings. From a personal perspective I have an interest in EVS insomuch that one day I might actually buy some shares in the company, although certainly not until the dust has settled. Pleased to see you are keeping off the DGT threads both here and on the other side. Thankful for small mercies!!

You are totally crazy. I presume you think the above three people are the same person? Gismo happens to be a lady! The market will have the shirt off your back. I leave you to your madness.

No Mr Ling, I am totally right, well, so far as having marked your card. I don't think the market will be touching my shirt, although I do believe you have lost yours on EVS. Rather than spending time posting under muliple aliases, try doing a little research on other companies. NOP was a good little mover this week and money in the bank, thank you very much. Waiting for your favourite phrase..........filtered.........or on MAM.............squelched.

The major investor L&G is thinking that they wont invest any more money in EVS,
so a rights issue at 1.5p - could be announced with results, that what the clever money is on, that is why people have jumped ship. The fundamentals do look good, however - "trading in a volitile market" many many other cheap calling cards out there now, and with no cash. The 1m was used up in paying creditors straight away, so they still need more cash. Watch for the RNS to come.
Looks cheap at present but KJ needs a good holiday to come back refreshed to earn his FTSE salary - he has managed to knock 70% off the share price since April. Can he be trusted, and is his credibility still in tact? No.
Maybe they are aiming for a MBO, then the price will rise 5 fold afterwards.
Then shareholders will want a stock exchange enquiry.

The price can't rise after an MBO as the company would no longer be quoted. It is unlikely anyway as there are no individual holders who have enough.
My view is that an institutional placing at a discount is more likely at this price. It is cheaper as there would be no costly prospectus to distribute to all shareholders and the issue would not have to be underwritten at more cost. The net proceeds after expenses would be greater. It is also a much faster route. Not good for shareholders though as they get the high dilution without the chance to buy at a discount price.

Haystack - quite agree with you. The only losers will be the shareholders, with a diluted share price. The question has to be asked "Why aren't they holding enough?" What is their reasons for not holding enough? Kevin Jauncey has done well with a 70% drop in the share price since early April. He has a lot of work to do when he returns from his holiday, to gain back his credibility. Mind you mud does stick a long time, some people have long memories and I will be one of them, having lost a fortune on EVS. You are not getting what is says on the tin. The fundamentals dont count for nothing, with this cash shortage.

hmm - price rushes up from circa 2 to 6.7 and falls to circa 2. Fear and greed, fear and greed. Serial rampers Advans or serial derampers H? Yer pays yer money....

Morning annbar.
I can think of two peple with the initials SB - although I not sure of the relevance to the board?
Some level of stabilisation I see.
