What do you expect him to do in the face of breaches of copyright that have been brought to the attention of MoneyAm?

Note the plural - complaints.

MoneyAm have to be seen to be taking action over the problem.

but he did not post the t&G note on this bb did he? So why ban him off this site, i could understand it if he did. It looks like they have been waiting for an excuse to ban him and they just found one!

my first time posting on any thread and i vote to bring them both back (qc & pm1).

Breach of copyright:
The moderators of this and any other board had no option but to
suspend his postings due to breach of copyright.However I think that if this
is a one-off error of judgement and it will not happen again I'm sure that if the
original poster assures the writer that it will not happen again I'm sure that this situation will be amicably resolved.

alan - my post clearly states - IMO - and IMO - there will not even be 200 for Asda - if you read - past RNSs - they state several hundred in the first year - do you call them liars - now its just possibly 200 ? - brokers - tipsters - posters - all state IMO - they are not liable if things do not happen - like RHPS - who advise to buy many stocks - and often advise you later to sell at a loss - as it went wrong - and note they only advise - they never tell you to buy - or sell - its in the small print - the same as saying - IMO - In My Opinion - if ever there is over 200 for Asda - please remind me - and if there never is - I will remind you -

Just to query one word of your statement. Where did you get the word maximum from. Nobody in this, or any other RNS has said 200 maximum. Either explain your unjustified scare mongering or withdraw that comment as a blatant lie.

Bullshare I agree with post 11466 if PM is not reinstated, albeit with a warning, then Moneyam will lose an excellent researcher and other posters, will leave in droves.

The recent bounce IMO a technical one and helped by an RNS release and brokers Teather timed well by the spin machine the same morning for maximum hype effect the bounce is technical nothing has changed there are not 1000 orders for Greenseal no revenue generating deals for Biotec nothing at all just a loss making company making more losses with lots of jam tomorrow a tomorrow that never seems to come -




The technical bounce will stop soon with profit taking and then the downtrend resumes downwards -

A Lesson in SPIN All IMO

You have to update the market with some bad news news that when known to insiders caused some large selling recently you had a new product that everyone thought would be FDA approved but in the end it could not get full FDA approval it failed the major test and passed only the minor test what to do ?

Hide bad news as good news release an RNS on the same day as a new covering broker note is done people think the RNS causes the price jump so the RNS must be good news cause they fall for spin.

So the day you update about the big FDA failure you swap it around we got this and this and still waiting some more tests on the big one no not mention it failed mention the good bits and just some more on going tests link into this that although you hyped about several hundred orders in 12 months for something else and now cannot foresee above 200 say thats going well too then those easy to fool people will see the technical bounce the bounce from the broker note buys and think its all from the RNS and that the RNS was good news when in fact now the market knows the problems slow uptake no big US deal and no FDA approval you have just spun your bad news into good news dumb PIs traders will love it short term buy sell at the top and short it down again later

SPIN - when bad news is hidden as good LOL no FDA forget the USA no FDA forget any US company worldwide usage - why have some been selling large chunks in the past weeks shorters no insiders friends getting out who knows ?

You really cant help yourself can you. You INSERTED the word maximum into the RNS to allow for your negative statement. Now you insist that Starpol has failed the FDA tests. Wrong. Learn to read. It states with utmost clarity that it has passed the first tests and subsequent tests are ongoing. According to your pathetic interpretations of what is admissable, you can say that red means yellow, as long as you put IMO somewhere. You treat the truth as some kind of reference point if you can't be bothered to make something up. Sick, twisted rubbish.

Can't help thinking there is something wrong with th rules of the board. Yes PM1 was a ramper (or over enthuastic supporter - take your pick), and yes he may have breached copyright, but to ban him for his exuberance and allow someone who deliberately lies (ii) to continue with his mindless drivel and consistent twisting of plain facts for his own ends seems a little ironic. Can I suggest the rules change to show that deliberate misrepresentation of facts should also lead to withdrawl of service. At least we wouldn't have to put up with the biggest liar since Stalin.

Have to agree with you Alan about ii.

IMO the other side of the same coin as PM1. The board would really be improved if he went as well.

Careful Alan - you might get banned for defamation of character - or for telling the truth (about ii. !!! - I think this has all got out of hand and agree with QC that there appear to be double standards being applied.
