The "number unread" column doesn't work. When you come back to the site (and log-in again) the number unread is being reset to the number of messages in the thread.

Also, though I can't put my finger on what the exact circumstances are, I'm havoing to log-in over and over again, which is really getting on my wick.

OK here, brennanr, are you sure some other window isn't taking up CPU power?

Yes ..... it was ages before it was on your news site - had to post it from email ..... advfn were the same as it happens

Yes that is exactly what I am saying ..... the timing shown is correct but it wasn't there at that time. No big deal for me - as I get mine sent to me but if it had been price sensitive I might have traded before it showed :-))

Hmmmmmmm .... difficult one - several minutes I guess - I had time to look at three sites and copy it from my email and talk to several other traders .... but I can do that quite quickly

Site speed OK today. I had been experiencing the speed problems over the last week. Different PCs - same problem. But today seems OK.
