NETeller - CASHING IN (NLR)

HUSTLER - 17 Nov 2004 20:02

NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Online Gaming Giant InterCasino.com Proves There Are a Million Reasons to Play; $1,067,836.00 Jackpot, One of the Largest in History, Is Awarded t

LONDON Aug. 25, 2005 Sometimes when your number's up, it's up. And it certainly came up in a big way on for new millionaire Richard R., the lucky winner of a staggering $1,067,836.00 on the Millionaires Club Slot game. This winning game, developed by Cryptologic, the largest publicly listed gaming company, is found on the industry leader site, InterCasino.com. The payout is one of the largest in the history of online gaming and the biggest to date awarded by InterCasino.com,
which unlike most other online casinos, always immediately pays out in full. A practice appreciated by their thousands of regular players who value a land-based gaming feel while playing online.

"All I can say is "Yeah Baby! I still can't believe this is real," said the grateful 49-year-old winner. "I have watched this jackpot for a while and every time I logged in I would see if some lucky person won it. I can't believe I turned out to be that person." When asked about his online gaming philosophy, he was quick to reply, "Play, play, play! These are not just `dream' games. Someone is going to win and it might as well be you. It just takes that one lucky click of the mouse."

The enormous jackpot comes on the heels of yet another huge payout from the world's oldest and most awarded online gaming site. InterCasino.com regular Ronald B. went from "Rags to Riches" when he recently hit it big with the Rags to Riches Progressive Jackpot, which brought him the $162,080.86 windfall. "At first I didn't believe it. I kept thinking it was going to stop," said the lucky winner to Casino (Paris: FR0000125585 - news) Manager Ryan Hartley. "All I can say is that it was very tough going into work on Monday morning."

Reached in his London office, InterCasino Manager Ryan Hartley says, "This is what it's all about for us. To be able to offer these types of payouts is a real thrill. The whole office clapped and cheered when the $1,067,836 jackpot was won. Our goal is for all our players to experience the excitement of hitting the progressive slots, their number in craps or roulette, a blackjack or any of the other winning combinations that make play at InterCasino.com so much fun and so rewarding."

Both Millionaires Club 3-Line Slot and Rags to Riches Progressive Jackpot are only available at InterCasino.com and are part of the next phase in Internet gaming via CryptoLogic's award-winning Version 6 software. The upgrade brought InterCasino.com's offerings to more than 180 games, including world-exclusive Fruit Slot Machines, as well as Downtown Las Vegas favorites like Casino Solitaire, Casino War and Las Vegas strip sensations, Super Fun 21 and Bonus Video Poker. InterCasino.com had paid out over $3 billion in customer winnings since its inception in 1996 and is proud to have been awarded the "2005 Top Online Casino" by leading industry magazine Casino Player.

About InterCasino.com

InterCasino, founded in 1996, is the oldest, most awarded and one of the largest Online Casinos in the World, hosting more than 300 million games and paying out more than $3 billion in customer winnings to date. With player security and site integrity at the forefront of their efforts, InterCasino partners with NETELLER (LSE: NLR.L - news) .com, a publicly traded company on the London AIM exchange to transfer funds securely and conveniently, ECash system, one of the most reliable and trusted e-commerce applications in the world, which has processed more than $11 billion in uncompromised electronic transactions for customers in more than 240 countries and industry software leader CryptoLogic, Inc., one of the few gaming software companies certified to strict standards similar to land-based gaming.

Just noticed on other websites that the EPS forecasts for 2006 and 2007 are 60p and 80p respectively.
I reckon that even these are quite conservative but, all the same, my short term target of 10 ought to be reached without too many problems but even 12 before the year end leaves it looking still cheap.
All IMHO and DYOR etc etc but I really am considering topping up even though NLR and FPA make up so much of my portfolio.

HUSTLER,,,,super,, roll on interims....

supermono13 - 30 Aug 2005 10:06 - 1157 of 1341

Crikey !!!
If I thought my small topping up would have this reaction I would have bought more.
Onwards to 10 !!!!!!!!!!

An interesting item tucked into the "week to come" column of the Sunday Telegraph business supplement dated 23/08/05.

Neteller are to announce on Friday 1/half year profits before tax of 21 million sterling more than double the 10.25 million sterling for the same period last year.

Makes good reading to me.

moneyplus - 30 Aug 2005 14:07 - 1159 of 1341

looking forward to Friday--10 next week do you think??

loadsadosh - 30 Aug 2005 15:07 - 1160 of 1341

Possibly, but the amount it travels either up or down will have less to do with how the company is performing when viewed against last year and more to do with how the company is shaping up against market expectations i.e. if the market thinks that it should be at three time last years 1st half profit then despite having doubled it will go down. That said, after the shorting that has gone on I think it will far outdo expectations, so maybe 10 is not too ambitous.

Hi MP
Everything crossed big day coming up,
just hope news is positive as expected,
if it is the market could react in a strange way,
good news could drive it down defies logic i know,
however if positive in a short time it will push it a lot
higher. Hold tight if good news is delivered.
