Not a great race, schumacher won again, tv commentary team rated the highlight of the race as the point Ferrari's technical director started eating a banana, probably sums it up.

STORMCALLER - 15 Aug 2004 15:45 - 11544 of 23498

Made sure everything is tidy and in working order, time to go elsewhere for a while.

STORMCALLER - 15 Aug 2004 21:12 - 11550 of 23498

Evening all,
Socs,
You missed the banana then?
I think a Guinness would be a good idea at this moment.

daves dazzlers - 15 Aug 2004 21:36 - 11551 of 23498

this gp lark, its a right joke. its never been the same since it left the bbc.
are all the drivers crap , bar the german michael swinemacker, or is he just the best ever,
used to be a big fan, while on the bbc, aryton ,alain, nigel, back in the late 80s,but to me its just gone daft,,,,,,,,like a lot of motorsport,to many rule changes and not enough star drivers.the gp scene/plus wrc.
and what about the touring cars, you just dont here of it now,,,,,,remember the good old days sieera cosworths, volvo t5,alfa`s,bmw`s,even the renault`s,will hoy and the boys,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,what went wrong.my nearest track is oulton park, been lots of times, but not of late.
i think i well write to motoring news and complain.

daves dazzlers - 15 Aug 2004 21:39 - 11552 of 23498

of to make an earl gray.

STORMCALLER - 15 Aug 2004 22:05 - 11553 of 23498

dd,
I think the rule changes in formula one are going to get worse for next season, too many rules, and one or two teams with far bigger budgets than everyone else, but isn't it nice they stop for the advert breaks?

daves dazzlers - 15 Aug 2004 23:02 - 11554 of 23498

thats free tv for you, bloody ads.
some of the halfwits that work on that pro,,jardine, blundell. 1 a second rate rally boy / 1 a second rate gp driver,,,,,says it all.
at the moment i am watching motd 2,on the beeb,,i am a big fan of adrian childs, but he not a football presenter,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i bet he`s got a sweat on,i no i would,,,,,,,,,,lead ballons, come to mind, shame, hansen`s your man.

STORMCALLER - 15 Aug 2004 23:08 - 11555 of 23498

I'm not a big anything.. ;) but yes please, you can get me something..

STORMCALLER - 15 Aug 2004 23:27 - 11559 of 23498

Your wish is my command, as long as it is simple, I seem to get easily confused recently, so name it and I will do my best.

chocolat - 15 Aug 2004 23:29 - 11560 of 23498

Biiig mistake, there - I can be so indecisive..

jj50 - 15 Aug 2004 23:32 - 11561 of 23498

Evening choccie, stormie.

14 wickets today, not enough action then choccie? Am having to send report to son stuck in Hurricane Charley land with no power so am noting down scores with unusual interest!

Any of that chablis left from the GP ..... BTW choccie was glad to read that you are still a caffeine addict - we must share the same vices ...

STORMCALLER - 15 Aug 2004 23:35 - 11562 of 23498

jj50,
Will get you fresh bottle of chablis, I believe the last one evaporated....
chocolat,
I have a bottle of chablis here would a glass of that assist you in making up your mind?
