The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Could you not read the label on that bottle of wine tabasco? I'll think you will find it's spelt somewhat differently. Talking of cut and paste, where are you copying your so called horse racing tips from? It's certainly not your own work, no spelling mistakes lol. (PS Brake should have been BREAK)
Al, He's not in TFC, he IS TFC (The French Connection in a former life, before he blew his 10 pot; incidentally, his French spelling / grammar was as bad as his English spelling / grammar).
Glad I taped those ribs up :)))

LOL!
You are obviously not near as happy as you make out, tabby, old son. All this boasting and abuse of other posters. If I gave a damn I'd care. Fortunately you just seem to be yet another loser - both TFC and MDX frittering away your hard earned cash.
Where's the wee fella scottie anyway. Wonder if he lives near me. ;-0

I've been asked by several people to explain why if we're in a possible bid scenario the SP is stuck in an obviously low range. So here goes:
We have few new buyers at this level and instis are conspicuous by their absence. This situation can only be because "they" don't think a bid will be successful. Making money in the market is not easy right now, so a slam-dunk 2 or 3 or 4 or more bagger should be in massive demand, but it isn't.
Why would anyone think that? The answer is simple - read ADVFN for just one day!
Anyone thinking of buying MDX shares will find its shareholders:
Forming groups to stop the Company being sold on the cheap, yet we have no idea what cheap actually means, nor do we know any potential bid price. Does anyone really believe its useful to make public the fact that XX% of shareholders will not accept a bid of less than YYp? Isnt it sufficient to just say that the Company will not be sold on the cheap and leave the potential bidder guessing about what a greater-than-cheap price might be?
Claims that members of the BOD are mugging us; acting on the verge of criminality; purposefully helping to trash the SP for their own benefit; and so on, and so on.
So what would you think if you read the threads for just one day? My guess is youd come to the conclusion that the bid, if made, will not be successful. And without a bid on the table there is insufficient information available to properly determine a fair price for the stock in current general market conditions.
My advice would be to:
(a) Wait for the TU, which I expect to appear this week. IMO there is no reason to delay this, and if it doesnt appear then several large shareholders will be making their feelings known to those responsible for its delivery.
(b) Stop talking about how any bid will be rejected at Xp, or Yp, or Zp. Youre just giving too much information to the potential bidder.
(c) Stop talking about the BOD mugging us. We dont know that for a fact and wont know until we see the details of any bid.
This is what we know:
We were promised a TU, POTAM Rules permit a TU, so I expect one.
We have two new directors who between them own a good slug of stock currently well under water.
Recently, on more than one occasion weve been told that the Company is broadly on target to meet NCs estimates for the full year. I know some on here have asked what broadly means, IMO, it means just that and no more. Perhaps one product/division is doing better than expected and another doing worse.
We have the best bloke on the BOD trying to buy the Company. Dont you think its a compliment that someone as smart as SM is in his field and who knows the full story along with all the financial data should think the SP is cheap at todays price? Now if he thinks this, why is it that the market doesnt? ..Go back to the top of the page!!!!!

I can be a cynical old sod - and this morning is one of those times.
Not for the first time (unfortunately), I'm watching a company's sp fail to respond positively no matter how much in the 'buy' favour the buy:sell ratio is ...... someone is happy to depress the SP, and they can only do that by (a) taking a huge loss, or (b) absorbing buys against what they know will be a future issue at a lower price........
There are enough gits in the world, and many no doubt currently attached to MD, for me to be rapidly taking the opinion that (b) is the reality .... and the FSA will do fehuck all, as usual....
Someone cheer me up - even the thought of a naked Edwina's looking good right now :-)

You don't half talk bollox, tabby old son.
There's always been these conspiracy theories with this company. "Investors just don't get it - the value of the share price reflects the value the market places on it. At present it rates it very lowly indeed. Get real!
