If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Waldorf; Ian is away today. The level 2 trial was for 1 week and has expired. Looking at the records you signed up to it on the 1st Aug and we downgraded you on the 8th.
do drop me an email if this is incorrect:mike@moneyam.com

There seems to a problem in the way that trades are listed. On MMD today for instance there are two 25,000 trades at 11:19 plus one of 121,702 which was the first trade of the day at 7:51 and I believe that these belong to yesterday and were reported late. On ADVFN these are slotted into yesterday's trades and sometimes they have two trades with the same number as a result. This probably why the sum of your buys, sells and unknowns does not come to the total reported on the stockwatch page which does match other systems.

Cumulative trades in stock watch and sum of buy/sell/unknown columns on trades page dont match (by a long way) - take a look at SPS
"edit" whoops - didn't bother to read the previous messages before posting - guess you're on it already

Ian - I'm not sure if I've missed any other posts or news on the subject but L2 is playing up for SEATS stocks.
Mid price matches up with data from other sources but order figures are incorrect and don't equate to the midprice.
e.g. CAX
mid 21.5 correct but bid/offer is 19/23 which would give the wrong mid of 21. Clearly WINS has moved but this is not reflected on the L2 screen.

Cheers Ian,
After looking at a few more stocks, it appears that it is level 1 data that is dodgy, as a large number of usual flatliners on my watchlist have moved this morning.
I presume that the midprice on the L2 screen is from L1 data rather than calculated and I now think that the order book is likely to be correct but with L1 data corrupted.

Just looked at the chart for the DAX (DEX.) and it has three spikes which make it less useful than it could be. Perhaps you could get rid of them? Thanks.
