Morning JeffMack! So what are you going to be up to today then?
Have a good day..

Fundy - yeah I know this all stems from the MY TRAVEL thing (lol)
opps there is it again MY TRAVEL!!! (where did that comes from??)
Better stop now or JeffMack - who's not busy at work today will
be oiling the frying pan and tracking me down.

Who ordered the rain by the way? Thanks but no thanks...

jeffmack - 18 Aug 2004 10:34 - 11696 of 23498

bunny
Just finished fixing (I hope) some leaky guttering. Just waiting for the rain to test it.

BTW, Mytravel making a bit of a recovery this week.

snoball - 18 Aug 2004 10:41 - 11697 of 23498

Tested my gutters last night.
A waterfall of Niagra proportions outside, you guessed it, the front porch door!
A perfect trap for visiting paper boys/girls, milkmen and postmen.

Mornin' y'all.

stockbunny - 18 Aug 2004 10:48 - 11698 of 23498

Morning Snowie!
You will be having night visions of that porch of yours in the end, it
really has been a right pain for you - amazing patience, I would have
given up with it by now!

JeffMack - well if that rain is coming from us over East to you, be prepared
cos there's more on the way.

Roasted veggies and trout with almonds on the way for lunchtime and I think there's
some steak for those so-inclined in the fridge and a couple of cheesecakes.
Menu planning has gone out of the window last couple of weeks.

jj50 - 18 Aug 2004 11:44 - 11699 of 23498

Morning all.

See menu has gone out of the window Bunny, but question is did son go out of door to Bank?! BTW posted some news on EPD on thread.

Raining here too. Wouldn't say no to a steak thank you. Be back in later.

optomistic - 18 Aug 2004 12:08 - 11700 of 23498

Morning all,
Nice morning here until 5 mins ago then a shower, Stormy will have his bit of fun :-) Market seems quiet this AM, notice MTN is a little firmer, will please Bunny, are they going to be taken over ????
I noticed this week that Snowball has a namesake: Partrick Snowball CE of NU Insurance, unless he is......

optomistic - 18 Aug 2004 12:27 - 11701 of 23498

Time for lunch I think I will go for the trout with almonds and roast veggies, they are nice:-) Oh nearly forgot a can of cool Bods please.

stockbunny - 18 Aug 2004 12:35 - 11702 of 23498

Bods Opto! Bods!! Do you have Poochy permission (in triplicate)
for me to open the fridge padlock? lol!! Food on it's way...

Opto - email on its way on the MTN thing...RE:VOD - I have taken the
following steps to ensure growth..Planted said mobile in a good John Innes compost, place in suitable sized pot on sunny window sill and I promise it
will be watered twice a day and talked to constantly...actually 24 hours
a day of me yapping will probably kill it...OK change of plan, it will
have soothing music played to it for 6 hours a day - Bach maybe....

JJ - number one son is a very happy bunny now! The course is finished and
he's back to driving 15 minutes down the road each day to the office as usual!
No sense of adventure these youngsters!! ;>)

optomistic - 18 Aug 2004 12:44 - 11703 of 23498

I'm sure Poochie wont mind the odd pint of Bods, he has enough in the cellar to keep a large pub going for weeks! VOD is sure to grow with all your efforts Bunny if only the market knew what trouble you go to they would all be jumping aboard as fast as poss. :-))

Fundamentalist - 18 Aug 2004 12:47 - 11704 of 23498

Jeffmack - lol - Bunny great riposte!!!!!

Back lodging on the neighbours Pc and still arguing with Toshiba

stockbunny - 18 Aug 2004 12:47 - 11705 of 23498

LOL! But does Poochy have enough Bods to keep Poochy going?
That is the question!!
Off for some lunch now - back in a while.

optomistic - 18 Aug 2004 12:48 - 11706 of 23498

VOD at 1.24. After being 1.16 that signals a change of market sentiment to me. Travelling hopefully once again:-))

stockbunny - 18 Aug 2004 12:48 - 11707 of 23498

Afternoon Fundy - will leave you to have a beer with Opto
must go eat or I'll fade away!

optomistic - 18 Aug 2004 12:52 - 11708 of 23498

Yes have a beer Fundy, could be a while for Bunny to return, rabbits always have a long sleep after eating. Thought your laptop problems were sorted. Have they changed their mind?

stockbunny - 18 Aug 2004 13:38 - 11709 of 23498

I'm Back!! LOL

optomistic - 18 Aug 2004 13:40 - 11710 of 23498

That was quick Bunny, you must be the exception to the rule :-))

stockbunny - 18 Aug 2004 13:41 - 11711 of 23498

No I just had a better nights sleep last night for once! You're
right on MTN - don't worry I'll watch it...

snoball - 18 Aug 2004 14:39 - 11712 of 23498

opto, the name is similar but not the same.
God help any company I became CE of.

stockbunny - I have decided to lift that corner of the house so the rain can
run the right way along the guttering - lol!

optomistic - 18 Aug 2004 16:02 - 11713 of 23498

snoball sorry about the delay in replying. I do hope you haven't started lifting the corner of your house yet as here I can save you a lot of work!
It is much easier to dig around the footings at one side and let the house slip into the hole. The coal board were doing it for years up here :-)))

stockbunny - 18 Aug 2004 16:03 - 11714 of 23498

Snowie - good idea... (lol)
