a Monday purchase which I placed a stop loss just below the S3 before the purchase kicked in yesterday. Got the dividend so the overall loss was about 50. Could have been worse, as the share is still dropping!
ttt:
I was wondering where the pivot points had got to for todays numbers.
thanks BT -What have you been imbibing during the holiday -its Wednesday the 5th may surely. Dont worry just a typo that cab=n be cured at Gds cafe wuth a "typhoo"
snoball -it doesn't work with XP either. Simply right-click in the scrollable area, left-click "select all" and then on keyboard "ctrl c" or "edit copy" using mouse in the usual Windows way and you will then be able to paste all the info into excel, or wherever else takes your fancy.
Thread on 'the other site' regarding the Goldline system. The program downloads the days closing numbers from the Goldline system then calculates and tells you at what level to buy, sell, move stops,or hold.
The poster started in Feb and has now lost a fair whack plus the cost of the system.
No such thing as a "winning" system. If there was the whole universe would use it and we'd all be billionaires..... It's just tools in the toolbox. That's it!The best system I do know of is Spaceman's "Concorde Method" ;)
Yes Brian I agree and as has been pointed out on the other thread one needs the market to be in a trend and not going sideways for the 'system' to work.
morning BT and all.
Yesterday was ski-ing down the slopes and the "red sea".
Are we going to see the Mountain view today and blue skies today?
trade safely and wisely. If in doubt stay out no harm in setting on the fence for a while.
