Note how the sp rebounded right off the top of the trend channel,

right off the top? according to your gragh it never got NEAR the top.

Strange - but we waters are running hot - I feel good about tomorrow - just need to pursuade the wife not to take me out tomorrow.

shown as buys, the 2 BIG trades may well be late reported sells. i cant see any other reason for the sudden change in SP direction. if they ARE sells then they are history and tomorrow should be good ( assuming peeps buy of course ).
bear in mind that the stock market is probably one of the few remaining places where you can get away with not being quite as "upfront" with what you are doing as just about anything else.

Ah, the return of the banned Seq under a thin disguise.

The sp did bounce off the top of the trend channel, if you can't deduce that then may I suggest that this may not be the game for you.

Stop being abusive, perhaps you might learn something mate.

insiderinside - 19 Oct 2005 02:16 - 11860 of 27111

charts looks set for a large fall - two large sells at the end as well -

hewittalan6 - 19 Oct 2005 07:18 - 11861 of 27111

Can't believe I'm about to type this.
May I take this opportunity to thank ii for his last posting of fact (the chart) and opinion (a big fall) and nothing more. Whether postive or negative, it is conctructive, not spun out of proportion or abusive, or deliberately misleading. This thread has suffered enough from these problems.

I debated for a while whether to post this as I did not wish to start the patent argument going again, but I found it very interesting. I will not enter into a discussion re the pros and cons as I have no views either way, but just read the full article. My only comment is ( note the damages awarded ) and remember this was awarded by a USA court who award in most cases far higher damages than British courts. For those who will find no or little similarity with the BIO/SEO dispute, fair enough, but to me there is a slight parallel.

Completely different cases i'm afraid, the one you highlighted was not in the same multi million pound catagory that the one here represents; remember Stanelco formed a whole new business unit called Ingel on the back of the stolen patent, remember too that Cardinal payed hundreds of thousands for a small stake in Ingel.

Costs alone will be worth the amount of damages outlined above.

Once again, we have had to take action on this thread to remove a poster for abusive postings against other users.

Let me re-iterate that open discussion is fine - personal abuse will not be tolerated.

That'll be Mr Mad/ Sequestor gone, then.

Hope the second of my predictions also comes true - sure it wil! lol

Biscuit - 19 Oct 2005 08:43 - 11866 of 27111

Isn't this funny watching the traders selling now. It's like going to the cinema and leaving before the film starts!! and paying for the privilage to! I guess that's why brokers love traders.

Greyhound - 19 Oct 2005 08:50 - 11867 of 27111

I find it more fascinating by the number expecting news this morning only to then sell. Then again they can't afford not to be in "just in case"...

shamona - 19 Oct 2005 08:51 - 11868 of 27111

B

It may be funny to you but others call it making money, I sold out at 18p yesterday; bet you'd take that price right now!

jimmy b - 19 Oct 2005 08:56 - 11869 of 27111

It's a shame that seq ,or Mr Mad has to be so abusive, because where the stock market is concerned he is quite clever, he usually calls it right.
