I find it more fascinating by the number expecting news this morning only to then sell. Then again they can't afford not to be in "just in case"...

It may be funny to you but others call it making money, I sold out at 18p yesterday; bet you'd take that price right now!

It's a shame that seq ,or Mr Mad has to be so abusive, because where the stock market is concerned he is quite clever, he usually calls it right.

Greekman,
As sham says, different case.
The point to bear in mind is that any damages awarded in the UK in relation to Patent infringement will not be punative. That is, the damages will relate directly to loss of income to the aggrieved party. In other words, a sum of money the defendant obtained through infringement of the Patent and which therefore the claiment lost.
Thats why the award is likely to be negligable in this case - SEO have not profitted from any ALLEDGED infringement (there were no sales to my knowledge). The case is all about the future - to establishlish future rights to use, not about monetary loss or gain. IMO.

If I steal your taxi but don't use it for five years you'll have lost lots of business and revenues, now think Wyeth who wouldn't sign up for Swallo without rf sealing!

Re my post of 11862.
This post has been taken by some on a competitors thread as intending to raise the patent dispute again which was not my intention. The competitors thread has a seperate discusion page for the said dispute. In the absence of such a page here I will remove said post if it is lickely to cause problems. I have always said it is up to the courts to decide. The subect is far more imotive than I thought. As said if it is going to cause the thread to move away from current issues such as greenseal/starpol ect it will be removed.

Greekman,
dont worry about whats happening on another thread. Yours was a relevant post, here so wheres the problem.
Just for a bit of balance, look at the damages awarded here - and Sony were involved:-

morning all. seq gone .... again!! greekman, no harm in leaving your post, but there really isn't any point in discussing the cc or damages because nobody knows for definate how much any damages are going to be.
i am really starting to get interested in this chart business. i know there are many knockers out there, but, chartists do seem make a lot of correct calls. can anybody recommend any good charting starter books?

Morning All - managed to stay in for now - wife trying to drag me out
Anticipated drop foloowing no news - bit of a shame - it would not surprise me if it does not slowly creep back towards 2pm - then drop again on no news.
I will not be dealing - too much long term potential - and I always time it wrong anyway - well nearly always.

Nice one greekman, it is important I think that we stick to facts from company RNS etc otherwise this turns into a speculators thread, and after all they should all be over in the Traders thread not the Investors thread.

Thanks Oblomov,
Not worried but it had the effect of turning the other thread back to the patent dispute and away from the present, relevent issues such as greenseal and starpol, that was my reason for its removal. As all of us waiting for good news.

Seems to be some nice support at 15p repeated from the last couple of days of September, lots of buys coming in. Seems like we may have a holding pattern at this level. Anyone expecting it to fall further?

Rumour - I stress this is only rumour - picked up from advfm - which gives it even less credibility - but !!!
"hmmmm...CITY RUMOURS maybe....yes in fleet street...RNS out either today or tomorrow between 1pm -10pm UK time...when the Walmart presentation is on later today or when Seo does their Starpol presentation tomorrow. "this is one hell of a news" ( that's how i heard it)...............AS I SAID THIS IS JUST A CITY RUMOUR, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. DYOR"
Apologies to those who do not like rumour mongering - but there is a sinew of possibility in this.
As the chap says - take it or leave it

LOL! That'll be Shman and his "city boys with dark glasses" again.
Shman's one of the good guys but his dark glasses comments are made so often he'll have to get it right one day!
