From the Man himself....

It shows that Wal-Mart will be using Natureworks PLA, but the only way they can have Greenseal for MAP is to use Starpol 2000, as NW PLA doesn't work on MAP, or to put it another way, the only way they can use PLA for MAP is to use Starpol 2000 :)

Cheers,
Paul

hewittalan6 - 19 Oct 2005 14:19 - 11913 of 27111

I Might be talking out of my hat (or something else round and innapporopriate) here, but do we think this share has become so much of a traders / chartists dream, due to hype and news, that it is now trading based on the chart predictions and not the fundamentals and forecasts?

I really dont think that anything we do as PI's has a material influence on the SP. Least ways I would not like to think that we can influence the SP - but I am no expert.

Well the tick up did not happen - although another lot of shares @ 15.75 were swept aside and it very briefly hit 16 and came straight back down

i wonder how the conference is going? reading between the lines walmart natureworks and stanelco does add weight to pms comment that walmart will need to use starpol!!!!

Yep - but we do need that statement - and if they were going to issue one - I would have thought they would have issued it before the presentation or during - but not after.

I think the sp will drift now for the rest of the day - what do others think - cos I aint no expert

Thats me back in, may be a penny early but with the Dow looking good the whole market should recover tomorrow.

The chance of news coming out of the US trade show is also still there as well.

bhunt1910 - 19 Oct 2005 16:11 - 11918 of 27111

Well Sham - you have called it right the last couple of times - so good luck to you

The whole market is jittery anyway for a whole variety of reasons, not to mention 19.10.87 anniversary!

bhunt1910 - 19 Oct 2005 16:38 - 11921 of 27111

No need for the market to celebrate my birthday - I can do that all by myself thanks

Bema - 19 Oct 2005 16:38 - 11922 of 27111

Where do you predict the next sell point to be Sham? Ashley james on ADVFN seems to think 22p early next week.

I'm not a chartist myself but am watching you guys with renewed interest.

Greyhound - 19 Oct 2005 16:41 - 11923 of 27111

If it's heading northwards, I would say 18p and 21p

insiderinside - 19 Oct 2005 16:46 - 11924 of 27111

sorry - i have to do this - after all the ramping of high oil prices -

OMG - oil price falling - oil everywhere - its the end of Starpol 2000 - who wants more expensive crap - when you can have good cheap oil based products - and with Bush supporting the oil industry and the use of lots of oil - the US will keep using more and more - oil and oil based products !

Oil falls as crude stocks swell

Reports shows oil inventories grew by more than twice the expected amount; demand falls.
October 19, 2005: 10:54 AM EDT

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) - Oil prices fell Wednesday after a government report showed crude supplies rising far more than expected.

U.S. light crude for November delivery lost $1.05 to $62.15 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Oil prices were down 20 cents prior to the report.

The Energy Information Administration said the nation's crude supplies rose by 5.6 million barrels for the week ended Oct. 14, while distillates declined by 1.9 barrels. Analysts were looking for a 2 million build in crude stocks and a 1.7 million barrel drop in distillates, according to Reuters.

i feel better now - had to do that - thank you
