Brabbins when he gets back into focus !

robertson12 - 18 Apr 2008 12:19 - 1201 of 1525

Is their a large buy order being filled lots of sells but price holds

elbow - 18 Apr 2008 12:33 - 1202 of 1525

IMHO Yes its been going on for over two weeks now and it must be getting close to the 3% declaration. Reasoning lots of sells being absorbed and if you look back price has actually gone upward rather than downward over this period.

Pathways to Work

Pathways to Work provides people with the skills they need to enable them to move from Incapacity Benefit into paid employment.

Many of the people who access Pathways to Work have one or more health conditions that may be contributing to preventing them from achieving this aim. Condition Management Programmes are a key component of Pathways to Work especially for people who have a mental health need such as depression and anxiety.

Ultrasis, the Interactive Health Care specialists in partnership with AXA ICAS, the UK 's leading provider of Employee Assistance Programmes have developed CMP Direct. The purpose of CMP Direct is to offer providers of Pathways to Work a means of enabling their participants immediate access to the latest range of evidence based computer and telephonic interventions, delivered within a vocational rehabilitation framework. The aim of this programme is to help people get ready for employment and once there to stay employed.

CMP Direct provides:
24 hour freephone telephone counselling support and information resource
Access to the only NICE approved computer based treatment programme for depression
On-line health and well-being information
Remote Case Management using the best evidence based practice
Access to a wide range of self help and health promotion programs

Ultrasis PLC
22 April 2008

Ultrasis plc ('Ultrasis' or the 'Company)

Interim results for the six months ended 31 January 2008

Highlights

Sales growth of 50% for the period

Maiden operating profit before charges for share based payments of
74,000 (2007: loss 71,000)

Deferred income of 1,955,000 (2007: 655,000)

Debt free with cash at bank of 1,002,000

Commenting, Nigel Brabbins, Chief Executive, said:

'These results confirm Ultrasis' position in the interactive healthcare market
as the leading provider of CCBT (computer delivered cognitive behavioural
therapy) and demonstrate the Company's potential for strong, profitable growth
based on a robust renewable income stream. Now firmly established within the
NHS, we intend to address the retail market for Beating the Blues(R), together
with our other suite of products and will continue to seek other opportunities
in the interactive healthcare sector.

mcmahons - 22 Apr 2008 07:31 - 1207 of 1525

Now thats what I like to here interims at last !

"Going forward we now have a company that is profitable and already has lots of cash in the bank to expand"

WOODIE - 22 Apr 2008 07:37 - 1208 of 1525

Outlook

Ultrasis now has a growing interactive healthcare business and, with no debt and
sufficient cash reserves, is well positioned to promote both strategic and
organic growth. We are confident of building significantly on our UK base and we
are receiving increasing interest from the US, Europe and other overseas markets
where we intend developing our position, extending our reach and exploiting the
growing demand for innovative interactive health care.

hewittalan6 - 22 Apr 2008 07:39 - 1209 of 1525

Not bad Interims.
What now for the SP?

elbow - 22 Apr 2008 07:58 - 1210 of 1525

As expected the Interims point to a company in profit, cash rich, penetrating the UK and new world markets increasingly quickly. Its a story of a small company about to lift-off in terms of further organic expansion and profits!

I also note that "at 31 January 2008 deferred income which comprises invoiced amounts for services to be rendered in future periods amounted to 1,955,000"

2 months on and a frenzy of budget commitment from PCT's prior to the end of the financial year means that cash flowing in is likely to be a lot higher. Evident in the news releases.

robinhood - 22 Apr 2008 09:20 - 1211 of 1525
