mmmmmmm I have just realised that although Oil is going up in price, if the
dollar is weak it means that the actual cost is not going up!

e.g.
if Oil was $55 and the rate is 1.75 that would be 31.43
if Oil was $55 and the rate is 1.95 that would be 28.21
if Oil was $55 and the rate is 2.05 that would be 26.83

So as the rate goes up, the price of Oil goes down without the
actual $price changing.

and it all becomes more and more like a riddle! LOL
But yes you are quite right, it's only if you are buying
in dollars that it could become expensive I suppose, I think....
