Could anyone advise a book/ programme that would help me read graphs I am new to this and need all the help I can get.

look at pty chart today, all the chart tech analysis in the world wouldnt have worked that out. Now the news that someone had bought 31 million shares might have had something to with it!

I am still organising this for myself and daughters. Fairly simple and not yet finished but it may keep you out of too much trouble and the principles have improved my returns. (That is until to-morrow.)

Fundamentals also have their problems and even with them you are predicting on yesterday's knowledge and being dependant on the honesty of the company presenting the news. (Would you trust a government led by a Spiv. the same attiude can be applied to companies and their news presentations.)
