Nice thread guys. Im tempted. Can anyone tell me which brokers deal in OFEX stocks?

hawick - 28 Apr 2006 16:31 - 15 of 17

Matthewm hi most brokers, some need a phone call. I usually use TDW not always. Posted this elsewhere:

Hadn't quite realised the level of seasonality, and based on 4 events a small loss reported.

However they have 27 events lined up in the second half, compared to 11 last year, and some truly awesome names signed up.

So if they made 99k pre tax last year, including 11 events in the second half, now with 27 signed and more in the pipeline, then I am hopeful the full year will bring further substantial improvement.

As I have said this is highly speculative, but there is a fair bit of tomorrow's jam now signed up - and for the brave these should be a very exciting ride. Keeping mine and should funds become available, worth adding. Definitely one for the 'fun' end of your portfolio!

A tasty extract:
"High profile contracts won for the summer of 2006 working with artists
including Jose Carreras, Jennifer Lopez, Luciano Pavarotti, the Red Hot
Chilli Peppers, Billy Joel, Bon Jovi and The Who.'

And:
'Our business is essentially all about relationships and there are few that have
as many contacts in our sector as your company's Chief Executive Peter
Brightman. He and his team are not only building on existing relations with
long standing contacts, but are also focused on expanding their worldwide
network, which is resulting in significantly increased activity.'
