Watch the market and it does not matter whether you take along or short in the beginning as long as you do a minimum /pt as soon as the trade is going wrong put another in the right way and close the ist one off before it makes ahefty loss etc.
Do paper trading etc: But things happen on the live trade even if its only 1p/pt etc

Oh by the way didnot lose the dosh -did some jiggery pokery and stayed ahead with longs and shorts(small ones)n at heavy gearing _ in the green.

Trade real trades at pennies per point.
Don't risk more than you can afford to lose.
My trading on the Dow has mostly been bad.
I just don't risk much.

I was using "incredible charts" - but to say the least it was not incredible.
Can u suggest any that you are using and what is the costing like.
btw - the dow at end is started "jack and jill wend dow-n -the hill"
