IMHO Yes its been going on for over two weeks now and it must be getting close to the 3% declaration. Reasoning lots of sells being absorbed and if you look back price has actually gone upward rather than downward over this period.

Interim results for the six months ended 31 January 2008

Highlights

Sales growth of 50% for the period

Maiden operating profit before charges for share based payments of
74,000 (2007: loss 71,000)

Deferred income of 1,955,000 (2007: 655,000)

Debt free with cash at bank of 1,002,000



Commenting, Nigel Brabbins, Chief Executive, said:

Outlook

Ultrasis now has a growing interactive healthcare business and, with no debt and

where we intend developing our position, extending our reach and exploiting the

What now for the SP?

As expected the Interims point to a company in profit, cash rich, penetrating the UK and new world markets increasingly quickly. Its a story of a small company about to lift-off in terms of further organic expansion and profits!

I also note that "at 31 January 2008 deferred income which comprises invoiced amounts for services to be rendered in future periods amounted to 1,955,000"

2 months on and a frenzy of budget commitment from PCT's prior to the end of the financial year means that cash flowing in is likely to be a lot higher. Evident in the news releases.

Looking ok, but wud have liked to have seen more news on signed up contracts- have been stung too often with "jam tomorrow". Happy holding though

IMHO ULT is 2.375 cash rich if you take into account the 1.002m in the bank and the 1.373m outstanding invoices yet to be paid. On top of that there is the income generated since 31st January which dont show (based on evidence that is about (370 to 430k) so all in all its still a very rich cookie to buy at discount now.

The future - rosy
The sp - probably pretty much in line with what it should be but prospects should push it over 2p in the short(ish) term. IMO.

Yes micky468 still holding and will do so. According to the other BB those 500 sells X4 this morning were one individual who needed the cash for another investment but they still have substantial amounts invested in ULT. IMHO still think there is some order in the back ground here. The usual sell offs after Interims. All in all company is now known to be in a better position than when it shot up to the 1.80's. If I had some more cash I would jump in for sure but committed to other worldly buys at the moment. Expecting further RNS+ near future based on history of company releases previously.

elbow you were right then about the retrace to 1.60. Do you still think we can go to 2p.
