Referendum : to be in Europe or not to be ?, that is the question ! (REF)

required field - 03 Feb 2016 10:00

Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

Dil - 29 Jan 2019 14:48 - 12003 of 12628

Corby talking bollox now , time to walk the dog.

Dil - 29 Jan 2019 14:49 - 12004 of 12628

He's making a fool of himself.

How the hell did he become leader ?

Dil - 29 Jan 2019 14:51 - 12005 of 12628

Honest Hils I didn't edit anything :-)

Serious , dog jumped on me as I was posting on iPad.

Fred , let me know if I miss anything.

Fred1new - 29 Jan 2019 15:04 - 12006 of 12628

Make it a long walk.

cynic - 29 Jan 2019 15:09 - 12007 of 12628

i too have got bored with corbyn, the man who at the outset wouldn't campaign with any heart to remain and now finds himself unable to put forward any meaningful proposal or alternate that doesn't alienate a significant proportion of labour voters

thank goodness he was never (and i hope will never be) in charge of any negotiations of any kind with eu

Clocktower - 29 Jan 2019 15:15 - 12008 of 12628

Post 12000 of 12006 - I guess she smiled at the Judge and maybe the judge did not want to inflict any more pain on the Labour Party.

Does Fiona Onasanya have children, that the judge considered would suffer, or were there other mitigating circumstance? So I do not think we can resolve which sentence was fair.

Fred1new - 29 Jan 2019 15:23 - 12009 of 12628

Manuel,

Remember you voted for Brexit.

Also, while I think your memory is slipping a little more every day, but T May is supposed to be PM and making the proposals for the "BREXIT" negotiations and the splits in her own party.

Also, the chaos which the UK is in is down to other tory incompetents, Cameron and Osborne, who were trying to hold a ragbag party together at the expense of the UK and taxpayers, by holding a falsely proposed referendum.

But I think what they have achieved, is the exposure of the tory party, its policies and party members' self-interests.

My guess at the next G/E the mess will be exposed to the voters who will boot out the tories into the long-grass and then make it pay some for the expense of the proposed fiasco.

Do you remember one of the leading Brexiter's CV

Clocktower - 29 Jan 2019 15:30 - 12010 of 12628

Kenneth Clarke rampling on and on and on trying to keep the UK in the EU.

cynic - 29 Jan 2019 15:41 - 12011 of 12628

i know i voted to leave and would probably do so again

there's no point in trying to have a rational or balanced discussion with you as you are so full of bile, it overrides everything you ever post

while i may not like all parts of the deal TM has finally extracted - and more may now be forthcoming - at least she has fought steadfastly to deliver something that resembles what the majority voted for

meanwhile corbyn has shown himself to be totally spineless and just sulked when asked to sit round the table with everyone else, including the trades unions

Fred1new - 29 Jan 2019 16:04 - 12012 of 12628

"there's no point in trying to have a rational or balanced discussion with you as you are so full of bile, it overrides everything you ever post"

I think that may be a projection of yourself.

-=--==

It is good to have the courage of your decisions when following the wrong path off a cliff.

New neo-con philosophy.

--=-=-=-=

"something that resembles what the majority voted for
"

Does that reflect the present opinion of the "voters"?

-=-=-=-=

Corbyn doesn't need to do anything, T. May is swallowing her own poisoning of her own making and passing the cup around her own party.

He can afford to wait.

iturama - 29 Jan 2019 16:25 - 12013 of 12628

Grow up Fred, you are talking foolishly.

Stan - 29 Jan 2019 16:36 - 12014 of 12628

All relevant and truthful points well made as usual Fred, unlike the washer women on the other side.

iturama - 29 Jan 2019 16:45 - 12015 of 12628

You got a thing against washerwomen? They work and could probably afford to pay for a subscription.

Dil - 29 Jan 2019 16:47 - 12016 of 12628

Lol

Dil - 29 Jan 2019 16:49 - 12017 of 12628

Corbyn will probably lose his job before TM over his handling of Brexit.

Fred1new - 29 Jan 2019 16:51 - 12018 of 12628

Go for another walk.

It might sober you up!

cynic - 29 Jan 2019 16:51 - 12019 of 12628

as i wrote above about fred .....
there's no point in trying to have a rational or balanced discussion with you as you are so full of bile, it overrides everything you ever post

Fred1new - 29 Jan 2019 16:54 - 12020 of 12628

Manuel,

You would be difficult to be balanced even lying down.

Martini - 29 Jan 2019 16:59 - 12021 of 12628

Not if my vote counts for anything Dil, He is a god send for the conservatives, any other half competent labour leader would have had them writhing on the floor begging for mercy by now. So as a card carrying member of the Labour Party he will continue to get my vote. Ooo Jeremy Corbyn the savour of the Neo Cons.

Fred1new - 29 Jan 2019 17:12 - 12022 of 12628

He just likes watching T. MaY digging her own grave for herself and the new neo-cons.

Perhaps, you can get rid of her and have IDS back as your leader into the wilderness?

"The Bell is tolling and it tolls for you and the tory party!"
