PapalPower - 13 Sep 2005 14:01 - 1206 of 1643

Read it and to think you can buy at 2.5p now !

L&G got in at 5.75p and they did not sell in the over negative bulletin board reaction to the trading statement.

Old link but shows now its even more of a bargain now that it was then !

Envesta At Bargain Levels - Seymour Pierce

Monday, May 16, 2005 6:23:11 AM ET
Dow Jones Newswires

1012 GMT [Dow Jones] Seymour Pierce reiterates buy on Envesta (EVS.LN), says current fall in AIM stocks leaves shares at "bargain levels." Estimates EPS of 0.33p implying PER of 11.6x for 05, 0.62p and PER of 6.4x in 06. Believes upward revisions likely in June, post trading update as run rates imply earnings well ahead of Seymour Pierce forecasts. Forecasts assume no revenue from new "Cheaper Call Rate" product, but notes company says it is performing well. Expects further acquisitions "soon." Has 6.5p target, shares +5.7% at 4.1p. (PBA)

Seymour Pierce are the house brokers for EVS and anything they say should be read bearing ths in mind. Thye are also the house brokers for IDN and were very bullish about them as well.

Look what happened to IDN

PP Hi,

Thanks for the SP note :)

Every time the ask drops to 2.45 a load of buys come through :)

A nice rally at the end ?

Cheers,
PM

Haystack - 13 Sep 2005 15:03 - 1209 of 1643

I suspect a substantial drop at the end and the revealing of a delayed SELL.

PapalPower - 13 Sep 2005 15:05 - 1210 of 1643

Paul it could be will be watching with interest.

WINS is the one playing between 2.5 and 2.45 on the offer at the moment.

EVO sat at 2.4 bid (and 2.8 offer).

PapalPower - 13 Sep 2005 15:09 - 1211 of 1643

Haystack I thought you would have read this under your Torino name on AFN ?

As Torino raised the subject of IDN I took a look and compared and there are some issues with IDN which take away from its positive potential.

Basics first the PSR on IDN is positive in that its below 1 at times 0.71, but EVS is better at times 0.38. EVS price would have to rise a long way to get to the same PSR ratio as IDN and they both rise another amount before getting neutral 1.

The prospective PEG ratio on IDN is good at x0.24 (less than 1 is good and allows higher PER ratios of 20 to 30 times EPS) but look at EVS, even better at x0.04.

Prospective PER for IDN is x7.96 and EVS a low (which is good) x3.55.

They both have positives however the problem on IDN is that the ex-CEO Mr Willmot is selling his large stake and continues to do so, he is down to 5.2% now but until he stops selling then there will be weakness in IDN.

Haystack - 13 Sep 2005 15:16 - 1212 of 1643

I did read it and thought it was nonsense at the time.

PapalPower - 13 Sep 2005 16:36 - 1213 of 1643

Well a decent day today Paul and DB66 and capetown. We should be in for a good couple of weeks run up to the results and beyond.

Haystack - 13 Sep 2005 16:45 - 1214 of 1643

I think the MMs raised the price to generate some buying to pass on a stock overhang and when it is gone the price will fall again.

paulmasterson1 - 13 Sep 2005 16:52 - 1215 of 1643

PP Hi,

Yes indeed :)

I sent one of my dealer friends your research, and tipped him they were on the rise, his reply a couple of hours later is interesting ....

========================================
Strangely, I think SCAP might be short of stock - they have been on the offer all afternoon and have resisted the temptation to increase their offer price when everyone else was eager to push the stock higher.

Still, I picked up a scrap earlier this morning...

Hi All,

Watch these at 8am tomorrow, they could well start with high volume :)

Cheers,
PM

PapalPower - 14 Sep 2005 00:44 - 1217 of 1643

Hi Paul a good point and would explain why SCAP were on the offer with SEYP for most of the time.

There was a 1.8 million B trade not very long ago and then SEYP came on as an MM which explains why they are on the offer and walking it up, as they could be building up some reserves.

PapalPower - 14 Sep 2005 07:16 - 1218 of 1643

Good morning Paul, DB66 and capetown.

Had a skim through this mornings news releases and now looking for another strong day on Envesta, another day like yesterday would be very good.

PapalPower - 14 Sep 2005 08:14 - 1219 of 1643

Hi Paul, you are right on the volume and they are climbing away now.

paulmasterson1 - 14 Sep 2005 08:26 - 1220 of 1643

PP Hi,

Cheers :)

MM buying now, 3 M buys so far, 600,000 in total, and they are going to push the price up for us :)

Cheers,
PM

paulmasterson1 - 14 Sep 2005 08:29 - 1221 of 1643

Advertised bid is 2.5, but you get 2.6 if you try a dummy sell :)

Also you get 2.8 if you try a dummy buy :))

Cheers,
PM

wilbs - 14 Sep 2005 08:52 - 1222 of 1643

Hi all. Thanks for the mail Paul. Nice one. I jumped in yesterday at 2.5p.
The MM buys look interesting. Should see 3p today?

wilbs

PapalPower - 14 Sep 2005 08:56 - 1223 of 1643

Paul and wilbs the MM buys look good for today.

Strong and steady rises into the results will do and then take off on a new upgraded Seymour Pierce forecast results day morning ?

squidd - 14 Sep 2005 09:05 - 1224 of 1643

PpP: I have to admit that I groaned when you first flagged EVS over on tag "not another telecom, just as the competition is hotting up everywhere". But your postings are very persuasive and in any case, the 1 year and 5 year charts are telling me that this is a classic recovery play, so I've come aboard.
