many companies - if the price drops fast - and below what directors feel is fair value - the directors jump in - to fill their boots - and assure - look at BGP for example -

SE0 - price drops - directors do not buy - what does this tell you - along with instituions not buying ???

All IMO - DYOR !!

insiderinside - 24 Oct 2005 14:58 - 12155 of 27111

bugz - directors cannot sell - unless the board agrees - buying is easy - selling is difficult - and with a spin machine like SE0 - there is no way - the board would agree - to any sells - at all - IMO - bad spin - not allowed -

All IMO - DYOR !!

Bugz - 24 Oct 2005 15:01 - 12156 of 27111

Probably that they dont have anymore cash to put in!

No-one from seo was expecting the drop to the 12p region. I know HW is very frustrated over the price.

IMO I'm confident news is in the pipeline - your opinion is that its all hot air. No worries ;-)

PS: End of conversation. I'm not gonna clutter up the board.

I guess they are also restricted from buying more shares during a closed period - or whilst negotiations are ongoing that will materially effect tyhe share proce

Anyone got access to the company zone here on MAM?

Could someone find some info on largest 10 holders of seo?

Might have to find it somewhere other than MAM actually, otherwise we might get in trouble.....!

Rasenberg - 24 Oct 2005 15:05 - 12159 of 27111

I find this topic quite interesting. Finally something worth reading. Can anyone validate what ii says is true re directors not being allowed to sell without the boards permission.

insiderinside - 24 Oct 2005 15:09 - 12160 of 27111

rasenberg - they cannot buy or sell without approval from the board -

bhunt - the question from me - apart from TFC and institutions - is all the developments - you feel have happened - and the moving forward - why no director buys - at SE0 - for a long time - unless they are not sure - and think its over valued ???

what price was the last time - a director purchased shares - in SEO ??? - I know the answer - btw

insiderinside - 24 Oct 2005 15:13 - 12161 of 27111

unless there is special circumstances - that require a sale - no director will sell while still in the company - they wait - until they leave or retire - then dump - this is why - never buy into a company - with any director sell - for any reason they state - and always be careful - when a director leaves/retires - in a stock you hold - as it normally means - they will dump their holding - as they can at will - once they leave - if they feel - the future is crap - or they need the money -

Dormar

Gospel! Lactic Acid is CH3CH(OH)COOH. Imagine a carbon atom at the centre of a tetrahedron (four-sided triangular-faced pyramid). At each corner are various other atoms/groups of atoms, as follows:-

top COOH (carboxylic acid group)
left base OH (hydroxy group)
right base H (hydrogen)
rear base CH3 (methyl group)

Draw this on a piece of paper, then draw its mirror image. The two cannot be superimposed on each other.

Let me know what you discover about each isomers reaction to RF waves!

Re directors selling/buying. Just suppose that they suspect news is just round the corner, as most of us appear to think, could they be wary of insider dealing if they sold/bought shares now. Just a thought.

Bugz - 24 Oct 2005 15:29 - 12166 of 27111

Date Broker name New Price Old price target New price target Broker change
12-Oct-05 Teathers Buy 13.50p - - New Coverage
03-Oct-05 UBS Warburg Buy 16.75p 280.00p 330.00p Upgrade

Is UBS projecting 330p?!!!!!! Thats ridiculous. Please tell me I'm mad..... Found this on Digital Look.

bosley - 24 Oct 2005 15:29 - 12167 of 27111

bugz, it's a different seo.

bhunt1910 - 24 Oct 2005 15:32 - 12168 of 27111

Greekman - absolutely right.

Also there is a very specifiv period when directors of companies can buy or sell - and then only with the agrement of the board.

Bugz - 24 Oct 2005 15:33 - 12169 of 27111

No its not Bosley-look at the current prices in the above recommendations.

bhunt1910 - 24 Oct 2005 15:35 - 12170 of 27111

Bugz - it is definitely a mistake - QC qqueried it with the brokers and they were withdrawing it - just ignore it.

Bugz - 24 Oct 2005 15:37 - 12171 of 27111

Must have missed QC's comment. Cheers Baz-they should bloody well update it-could be very misleading!!!! :-)

And a tick down.....:-(

TheFrenchConnection - 24 Oct 2005 16:22 - 12172 of 27111

Dont get me wrong Bugz this square mile has its fair share of useless, selfish, shameless, hypocrits whose calls have often proven right howlers. Many of them exist merely to offload thier bigger counterparts even bigger mistakes which ultimately end thier journey in "poor black joes" portfolio. Unless an institution or what is politely called a " Hi Value client " you are forced into disseminating genuine information from the mass propoganda spewed out by the financial press . Why dont i ask Howard White ? you ask . Because i have seen to many directors presentations turn sour and i rememeber theinternet dot com bubble and heard too many directors vigerously defend what is already known in the city as a right dogs dinner . My interest in SEO is simple. Volatitility . its 30% swings , its continued heavy volume, and its shameful manipulation by mms in thier massively exxagerated price movements . They dont even try to disguise the fact when they are collecting anymore . l couldnt get 500k for love nor money last week following RNS .No-one selling . Forced to buy in tranches from Winns . im not greedy and sold on a 3p jump two trading days later.... A week later and traders are jumping ship and are opening "shorts" by the shedfull ..One is left but to ponder "how far can this thing drop without constant news ,Or will MMs bleed it to the full and trade it on a 13.5 -18p parameter until news is known reg. greenseal conversions . ??? ,,l doubt it . .....As we have always agreed the s/p is force fed . But on the other hand 1% of the information on this board has been of the finest calibre; and more extensive than the cursory glance Hardmans and EVO s analyists would have accredited it . ,T&G is a better source; but again hardly a conservative set . But even in reading that one was left with many "ifs and "buts ,,," ....., ....,,,,,,As an aside i see a lot of money being lost on the market this week .... ..
