Re BPRG
"Huge unreleased news" If the news is unreleased, how do you know its "huge" and by implication, how do you know that it is positive as you assume it to be from an anticipated doubling of the share price?
Would there be an ever so slight hint in your post above that the legal case between the two companies over the IP is going against SEO?

Personally I do not think BPRG's news can be related to SEO. It has clearly been leaked (whatever news it was), and we would see an equal and opposite sell in SEO IMO.

I would assume its to do with FMC magenta project, and the sale of machines to them. People think announcements will come at the show in Spain.
Be careful though, us SEO's know all about shows and announcements! ;o)
Anyway over to BPRG for those interested. I no longer hold, just keep an eye out as i do on all shares i've recently sold. (Just so i can get p1ssed off when they rise!)

Interesting that the BPRG thread is incredibly quiet - enough said about BPRG

Not at all, Oilywag. This is a heavily oversubscribed club that has recently forged links with the " Bloody MM's, playing their stupid games with the sp again" club, of which everyone on these boards claim to be a founder member!

As expected, very low volume trades as yet, no doubt all awaiting the pre close statement.

do you really think we will get one today ? - innocent question as I have no idea

bhunt1910,
Yes, for the simply reason the management have gone on record ( as far as we can be sure from several posts ) that there will be. I can't see the management stating as such then not releasing said statement. If no pre close statement was released, the company would have to release a statement explaining why, ( if that makes sence ), as they would have mislead the market, AIMHO.

when did seo actually say they would release a pre-close statement?

This statement confuses me as well. Where did they say we would get one? I have not been expecting anything.

Notice that the presentation says that GreenSeal can weld "easy-peel". I had worried that people would be put off having to cut the packs open.

Also says Starpol 2000 "can be easily thermofirmed on standard equipment with only mino adjustment to temperature"
We were led to believe that this was not possible due to cross-linking issues...so is a bonus!

The BPRG news relates to a weblink showing FMC staff talk about how big and great Nrobe is and is going to be.
Check out the bioprogress thread for the link and details, it's going to be huge!
Advfn thread also carried an interview with the Bioprogress FD Dan Farrow at the weekend, he states that he doesn't understand why Stanelco have appealed as the case is more than lost, he thinks they're possibly just delaying and want a day in court. He's not worried one bit and see's the case as being 100% won already.

...but both sides are going to say that - aren't they.
I have not followed the case that closely - and I dont want to reopen the debate - we will just have to wait and see what happens in january

Considering that damages could wipe out this company i'd suggest you start looking more closely at the case.
