Roselea, you have NOT registered your email with the email facility on this website. If you look next to most "names" there is a icon for email, this allows private emails to be sent to individuals. Email addresses are not disclosed. You need to have this facility to make sure someone can email your prize!

I just update the thread for MoneyAM. Something I agreed to do a long, long time ago, and have continued to do so.

Roselea (Paul) your email is registered with MoneyAM. I don't work for MoneyAM, nor does Ashkan, so neither of us can access your email which you have registered with MoneyAm to get your updates etc

The only way I can email you is through the Private Messaging Email in the same way you emailed me. I cannot reply to you except by posting a message onto a thread as you have not added your email to the Private Messaging Email facility. I know you let me have your email address, but as I said I just look after the thread. I am not involved otherwise.

I would like to keep my email private, so will not email you from my private email account to repeat this.

You have not completed the private email facility on MoneyAm which is why you are not getting any emailed response and I suspect why you have not received your vouchers. If you had completed it, there would be the option next to your moneyam name to "send email to Roselea" which there is not.
