Here's one worth looking into,BLVN. Had a tough time with 2 dusters and
management problem? But the reason i'm tipping them is the fact they
have a Market Cap of 50.79m and cash in excess of 60m plus 3 shallow
offshore blocks in Cameroon,2 of which have proven and probable(p50)
reserves recoverable (independently assessed)of 118.5mboe.
There's also rumoures of a hostile bid by SEY? Well worth checking out,so

BTX rising steadily since the float-also bought more EPY today as they're up a touch. good piece in yesterdays Times about the potentially rich rewards from all the interactive channels being produced-good to see Yoo was prominent among them!

with all the chinese shares I've been buying lately---how could I have missed this one!! CREO has rocketed up for anyone lucky enough to own the shares. Does anyone know why the sp is rising so suddenly?

Cyril, Driver,
I have had a speculative punt on BLVN for the same reasons: big cash pile, audited reserves, current market cap doesn't even cover the value of the cash on the balance sheet. If you have any further thoughts, I'd welcome you to publish them on the thread I started.
FYI the Cameroon project is scheduled to be turned into a Gas-to-Electricity generator providing for a substantial proportion of Cameroon's growing energy needs, so could be a real money-spinner. Much of the info is in the AIM placing document - see the company website
www.bowleven.com or my thread for more details.

I'm out too-I don't blame anyone but myself for being greedy-I was well up and should've taken profits. Did take a small profit on one lot so my losses aren't too bad-nearly 2000 on my ISA which is a pain but hopefully PCM will make it up-soon!! put my sales into SEO and COST both may wake up soon. The chinese stocks are quite exciting --EBT results very soon and rising, the china carphone warehouse, CHNS--results out today and looking good, SFT-a very new float as yet pi's have not noticed how good the company is, BTX is really moving up now again a new float but into the chinese lottery etc so I'm sitting on this one, CEG-ofex but a great company the chinese are very keen to be educated, China Biotech-ofex--got some promising treatments good financial strength, EPE-again education and doing well, EPY- chinese mobile phone top ups-adding new agents like crazy and the next set of results should reveal the true worth of the company. also our good friend the sleeping beauty PCM. Surely one of these gems will rescue me from a life of toil and hardship!!!

sold GOO for a small loss to add to my CHP-should've been more patient. Come on PCM-bring it on!! I was in CYC some time ago but moved on about evens as they weren't rising much-will come good eventually though I'm sure. I'm trying to pick the chinese companies with massive revenue potential thinking this will bring them market momentum--BTX is a no brainer to me knowing how the UK is football mad and the chinese market is worth 4 billion! EPY also will rely on agents supplying mobile top ups in huge market and EBT selling the phones!! the other ones might take a while to get market momentum but I'm hoping they will.
Also bought some TTC today following a certain fund manager who never seems to put a foot wrong--hope he knows what he's doing here as the research is not great reading! have a good weekend-MP.

For a touch of uninformed ramping / tipping how about XLT.
This company has done things the opposite way. Instead of finding a novel technology and then seeking to commercialise and find a use for it, they look for an area that needs new technology, source the technology to fit and then build a management team aimed at the market and technology they will be using.
Perhaps a touch overpriced at the moment but forecasts of good deals in the pipeline for this summer.
As always DYOR.
