Amities / l think we all realised a big trade was being worked through the system today hence the bottleneck in s/p in afternoon trading despite some decent sized buys.{ in excess of NMS } Had it been an "ordinary " sell of over 700,000 on the bell i dare say a few nervous holders would have cut thier losses tommorow causing mms to mark the stock down in order to attract buyers . But as things stand that sell is already equated into the s/p leaving the early bird buyers to follow on from todays late afternoon mini rally....... . MMs still weary to stray too far from the 13.75/ 15.25p parameter . @+ J ,,

I cant see anything to change my view Notso.
It drops a little somedays, goes up a little others. Nothing unusual in that. I still see it being higher by the end of the year than it is now - hopefully 30p to 30p+.

Can only think it's the long awaited appeal, a hearing because one or both sides have requested same, ie a settlement, or possibly a setting of the appeal proper. Some knowledge of criminal law but not civil law, so supposition only..

Is this that part of the civil process where each side must tell the other what its evidence and strategies are for the appeal, known as disclosure?

This a preliminery hearing in which the judge will issue 'directions'.

This indicates that an 'out of court' settlement has not been reached at this stage and so the judge will tell both parties how they are to prepare for the final hearing, what the time limit is for disclosure of documents, etc. It is basically to ensure all parties are prepared with the information the judge will require to make a judgement and that all relevant information has been disclosed to all parties.

big sells going through - for those challenged in the basics - its simple - large trades - price is up and blue - they were buys - price is down and red - they were sells - you have multiple large dumps going on - and have had for a very long time - notice the downtrend for many many months -

this is news driven - but there is no significant news coming - forget the Asda Starpol trials - it means nothing - wait and see - no pre close update - that is due to having nothing to say - apart from more more losses - coming your way -
