Yes thats all I was saying.
Take profit by all means, but what timing. In my own mind I am still confident, but as you say tomorrow may still be bad, after all presumably directors know what's round the corner.
Lets hope the director regrets not hanging on for a few days.

He's probably not interested in the stockmarket and is acting on advise from a bean-counter.

Simply freeing up a bit of cash I suspect, if he wasn't confident he'd have sold the lot.

unbelievable!!! how on earth are investors supposed to believe a word that comes from seo when all and f**king sundry get rid of their options at the first opportunity? wouldn't it have been much better if he had kept his options and then bought some more? disappointed.

Get real, bos. The guy is doing the right thing. Did it myself, regretted it and then later realised it was the right thing to do.
A rabbit in the hand, err, bird... :)

Remember also that once you get into the closed period (next week?) - then directors cannot sell their shares at all - so if he does need the money - then he has little choice.

See how the timing of the RNS now makes sense. EVO no doubt.

It would not surprise me to see an RNS tomorrow with an update or even end of year close statement - after all wont EVO have been involved in the timing of todays RNS.

Didn't Balchin sell some options when the SP was about 4p? Surely he knew what was round the corner but decided to sell.
If one needs the money then one has no choice.

Some posters seem to spend most of their lives asleep, or seeing 30p by Xmas.
Down another -5% is the truth, sane people were derided as "mad " to say it would fall to 14p, it has.
Director selling today of the "Jewel in the Crown"-lol, tomorrow the dip has to be aided by that piece of `sanity`, 10p next target, and then down some.

Has'nt anyone in their life ever had " Cash flow problems ".???.
ie: csa,tax demands, costly divorce ?.OK the gentleman concerned has sold some of his options which is probably worth at least 2-3 years worth of his salary,
would'nt you ??

bbhunt, that's the only thing I can see that'll save the day. Next RNS, unfortunately, will be the end of ASDA tests, and then FDA approval. Weeks to go. Let's hope for the best. Maybe they'll announce a date for the filter auction.

Can't see what all the fuss is about. If I could pocket over 75K for sod all and still have half my share option, I'd be happy. good on him...... wish it was me.
It's all getting a bit personal , hang in there oblomov.
It's my money and I'll decide how I want to spend it. So the price has dropped , still up over 200%. Have lots of faith and it ain't BLIND.
The good times for the shorters are sadly limited. but I wish them well.
Never expected any news until after full FSA approval re starpol. So am willing to wait A LOT LONGER.

I see that ` those in the know` (nowt), consider that EVO were chosen from all others as they ` are not as inclined to allow shorting as the previous incumbent`,

im a fan of this share but have no present holding. i find it odd that large selling is occurring now ( for whatever reason ) when days ago the profit( loss ) could have been much larger ( smaller ).

Oblo - I am not an expert on this - not sure if its a STX rule or an internal rule - but most companies have a closed period 6-8 weeks ahead of the announcement of results where senior managers cannot sell.
I do not know when the results are due to be published - last year it was end of February - which would imply a January something close.
Others may know more specifically than me.
Sorry not to be more help
