Don't believe the denial, Apax are trying to suppress the SP, it's a perfect fit for them having just snapped up HIT.
have a look at the 7yr chart and see why it's going to get interesting if we can break through 30-32p.
also great new appointment yesterday.

Here ya go guys.
Im good to you.
Private equity firm Apax
Partners is believed to be
eyeing up Entertainment Rights
(ERT), owner of Postman Pat,
to merge it with Hit
Entertainment which it
acquired last month.
Apax is said to have been
increasingly interested in
Entertainment Rights since it
announced its deal with
American network HBO to
screen the Postman Pat series.
The company is reportedly
waiting to see how
Entertainment Rights fares in
the US before making its bid.
The speculation coincides
with the group appointing a
senior US executive
responsible for the strategic
direction of Entertainment
Rights licensing and
merchandising activities
throughout the US, Canada and
Latin America.
We believe ERT is currently
at the bottom of a highly
attractive growth curve and
our forecasts do not reflect any
upside from Postman Pat in
the US, says media analyst
Roddy Davidson at Altium
Securities. For this reason we
believe that even a bid
approach struck at a material
premium to current levels is in
danger of under-representing
the groups medium-term
value.
Shares in Entertainment
Rights have risen more than
10% already on the news and
are trading at 30p.
n Shares says: ERs
potential cash generation
makes it an ideal target for
private equity.
