NML is due its interrim results now, last year it was the 28th of this month.

They are setting up a new site to explore/research/analyse and all the equipment to do this should be on site now, and drilling should start soon, all this extra news should be covered in the interims.

does anyone have any further positive views on this company ??

Anomalous...I am not a liar, but you are. I know quite a lot of people but only heard this yesterday. The information came from a very dependable source. I don't know about two bits of news but let us say that the information revolves round a certain diamond analyst. Do you not understand that clients have to pay if they are not clients of WHI?
I don't have to defend myself here. I have taken a more appropriate course of action.

so it appears someone has informed you of the circumstances to one of the parts of news, but maybe not the context. It's all very well having to pay for a report, but they asked for something different and the person concerned was certain he knew what they were really after and it was not the standard report.

It is possible that you have misinterpreted what was said by the 'person'. I hope so. I don't think the person will be very amused to hear what you are saying he said! It is being further investigated by the company who are also not amused.

I have not misinterpreted it one bit, because I received an email from the person concerned and there's no mistake of the context of the request. It is NML that should be worried, because the FSA have been told as well. It's one thing requesting a report, it's quite another to say what they said.

I said there was two pieces of shocking news and you said you knew 'my shocking news' and that means both - so tell us the next piece and who told me.

How clear can I make this, I wonder? I heard a piece of 'shocking news' I have no idea of what Anom is on about unless it is to do with the mystery sellers or the Badenhorsts selling ...again.
How would I know if there is "bad news in the offing or a large sell being worked".

Well the "Badenhorsts selling" would hardly be "shocking news" (IMHO) as it looks as though they have sold some, (though not many), and they are entitled to sell as many as they like as their interest is non notifiable, and they are not directors.

I don't see that as a problem, nor "shocking", it happens in the market every day.

If you think that is "shocking", I'm surprised, and I doubt whether the FD is either, and he may get annoyed at you interrupting his day for such a triviality IMO.

These things should stay on the boards, NML won't be interested, idle BB chat is just that, otherwise companies will get tired of investors contacting them for trivialities.

Andy...on the contrary..the FD is extremely interested in what is said , when it is something involving their company business. You may see this kind of thing as idle BB chat. It is hardly trivial to say that a company is trying to bribe someone!!

The FD of EPD has taken a great interest in BBs lately, having been advised by someone (not me) of what has been 'said' by the company.

Andy - if she did know she would have said, but she doesn't. I suppose if she had put it on the BB, the other shareholders might be frightened. They might think that the project is being run by amateurs. But then, in a sense, it actually is. After all, Healey made those ridiculous promises last year and a professional would have known better. It's a wonder why Cross didn't tell him to shut up, or not to communicate with shareholders by email and tell them stories about the operations.

I'm satisfied that she doesn't know the context of the 'news' and as a consequence, doesn't know the difference between one and the other. Whilst one might be standard business practise, the other can be interpreted as something much more sinister. I've only ever seen that sort of request from someone like the Mafia before - "I'll make him an offer he can't refuse!"

Anom..the shareholders are grown up and make their own decisions, as do you with your investments. If you have 'sinister' information, then I am very surprised that you haven't shared it with the whole world , in your normal, threatening and vindictive way.
