l informed the thread last week i had closed my short @ 14p and had not held any stock for a couple of months . Bought 250k on the same day the director sold out his options which . of course , filled me with confidence @+

No, Blinger that is not what I said. What I said was the comparison with that company is not relevant. If you are going to try to be superior with someone then at least try to read what they say. Otherwise you look like a silly little tit, with nothing better to do than try to belittle others.

If I make losses, I will indeed enjoy them. Currently I am in profit. I am in love with no share, and when I see a good reason to sell, then I shall. The share price graph of a completely unrelated company who are vaugely in the same market is not a signal to take that action.

did the director sell shares - as the Asda 30 day exclusivity - is coming to nothing - you should get news this week - trial extended - or deal done - or if no news - end of this week - then its bad news -

Well an unexpected RNS this week from SEO - revenue enhancing - but probably not until well into 2006.

I still do not expect to hear anything else from SEO until after the trial has finished - probably not until middle of next week earliest - the assumption being that the trial started when the last RNS was announced - so the trial wont finish until Friday earliest.

Still all positive news flow from SEO

Agree with you Baza. Contrary to ii's opinion, I think it was a very positive RNS. The de-rampers opinion was that the auction wouldn't happen. It clearly will. HW could hardly have given a time scale or a value at this stage so I think we can safely ignore ii's comments (again).

Rothschilds are not type of merchant bankers that will take on a mickey mouse job.

I think that there might be a half decent or better chance of SEO getting a useful some of money out of this deal if/when done both in an up front payment and with a royalty flow thereafter.

It is however, likely to take at least a year before a deal is concluded. So I wouldn't bank on the share price holding onto much of this morning's initial gains.

oilywag, that was my reading of the rns. i think seo were being smart and saying that they are in no rush to sell as they feel this ip could be worth something. we shall have to wait and see if they are right.

Anyone got any contacts to substantiate/refute this claim.

It has a certain level of credance - because that would explain the reason we have not been getting news - on the other hand - it could be old news - now fixed

Interesting RNS.

Just to add, had a chat a few days ago to a friend who is well informed that SEO have changed 'policy' in updating the market. Apparently HW has finally realised that having a constant RNS flow all the time doesnt help the sp in the long run-taken him a while! Although in todays release he couldnt resit wacking in a sentence like the one ii picked up!

There are mummerings that talks are happening with a massive fast food chain who got interested at the conference in the States-very preliminary though.

Other than that, not much to add!
