insiderinside - 09 Nov 2005 04:07 - 12600 of 27111

you must look into the statement - SE0 IMO hides the negative and hypes any positive inclination - from the statement below - hype up the thicker/heatsink - when people want to save money with thinner lidding and trays - LOL - and then hide Greenseal generally runs at comparative speeds to heatsealing - "generally" ?? - "comparitive" ?? - that statement to me says if you take all applications - including foil and heatsink - its roughly the same speed - possibly a bit slower on average - but if you take the mass market ones - thinner lids and thinner tray rims - its slower and nowhere near as fast - that statement to the careful eye says speed is a problem - time will prove the rampers wrong - where is your rollout - where is the EVO stream of Greenseals from April 2005 - where did it go wrong - all those rollout engineers from RNS in MARCH/APRIL - LOL you know - LOL - its gone very wrong to the original plan - IMO

All IMO - DYOR

bigbas - 8 Nov'05 - 12:01 - 53847 of 53885

Just to support what was being said above - a response from Howard White

Greenseal generally runs at comparative speeds to heatsealing except under circumstances where there is an unusually thick material or a heatsink material like foil trays where typically greenseal will run faster.

Regards,

Howard

remember iis talk of Rampelco and Toadpack - when Rampelco gets in trouble they ramp something new as blue sky to help people forget the problems - well Toadpack was the last ramp - and now its StarchFillturds - something that will possibly never produce anything more than a small one off payment and "royalties" down the line - in 50 years ? - this is the kind of deal required - as they can ramp the royalties for years to come - even if they never appear on the balance sheet 10 years let alone 50 years - you can refer to them in reports and forecasts when it needs some spin - LOL -

on a different subject - back to SE0 - anyone with a slightest clue on the tobacco industry - will know filters - filtration - PD - are such tightly controlled things - that nobody in their right mind will change - the industry has been here many times before - with Palm oil based Tow - this based Tow - that based Tow - but the filter is such a key part - nobody will change - not in 20 years at least - and in 20 years - there will not be any filter cigarettes - LOL - the Y formation of the Tow - the dernier - the curing time - the ability to extract - the levels of extraction of different chemical types - the effect on taste - you are talking of 10 years worth of study to change a brand - and of FDA approval - before it could ever be considered - and this is why - it was just a dead and duff IP - sitting in the dead and duff folders - of the loss making Biotec - and now its in the files of loss making SE0 - who appear to be trying to ramp the a@rse off of it - IMO - LOL

someone will buy it - i am sure - but for a very small fee - and will then park it - and never use it - just as Biotec parked it -

the use of the word "ultimately" - gives it away - something to talk about short term - but long term is nothing more - than pie in the sky - like many other things - to do - with SE0

back to basics - loss making - no Walmart - lots of ramping - Greenseal problems - minimal revenue - no profit - court case with BPRG - serious problems

All IMO - DYOR !

insiderinside - 09 Nov 2005 04:08 - 12602 of 27111

The director sell tells you everything !

hewittalan6 - 09 Nov 2005 07:47 - 12603 of 27111

ii,
Are you and Blinger sisters?
Your first peice of vitriol asks us to accept that your "reading between the lines" to discover that RF sealing is slower than traditional sealing is a far more accurate appraisal than the 3 month trial Asda ran before deciding they wanted 200 machines converting in the first year and HWs' statement that the speeds are similar or faster.
Good grief, we have blinger accusing people of falling in love with a stock and becoming blind and then you feeling so much bitterness and bile towards SEO that you resort to the most transparant word twisting I've ever seen.
I would squelch you as an irrational irritation were it not for the fact that you add some (unintentional) humour to the subject.

Morning Alan - ii always brings a smile to my face - its better than reading alex in the telegraph. He obviously has half a brain somewhere - its just a shame he does not put it to better use.

BTB - small mention of SEO in the small caps write up in the Times this morning on the appointment of Rothschild.

Baza

hewittalan6 - 09 Nov 2005 07:58 - 12605 of 27111

Doesn't matter about the Times write up, Baza. The Times are talking crap, ask ii and Blinger!! LOL
Alan

hewittalan6 - 09 Nov 2005 08:01 - 12606 of 27111

By the way Baza, don't use the NOWT thread on an evening. You only end up being the gooseberry to Chocolat and Boz. It's like those parties as a youth where everyones snogging on the stairs and you end up sat on a chair cuddling your half empty tin of Watneys red barrel and wondering why the girls don't like you!!

tee hee

Must confess to suffering a bit of a hang over this am - had a good night out with some pals last night. Excellent Curry in Dorking followed by a few ales. Cant take it like I used to

Baza

hewittalan6 - 09 Nov 2005 08:07 - 12608 of 27111

Burning the candle at both ends here too, though mine is work related (Boo, Hiss). And lets face it, there are some ends where the last thing you need is a blister!

bhunt1910 - 09 Nov 2005 08:31 - 12609 of 27111

Alan take a look at GON - impressive rise overlast few weeks - up 20% yesterday, 17% today , 200% over last month or so

Baza

hewittalan6 - 09 Nov 2005 08:32 - 12610 of 27111

On my way there now, Baza.
Thanks
Alan

hewittalan6 - 09 Nov 2005 08:36 - 12611 of 27111

Very interesting Baza. May jump in on that one if and when it recedes a little (as these things do).
Favour returned, have a look at BRW. Rumours aplenty but I think, like GON, it is just a very good turnaround and astute management changes.
Alan

bhunt1910 - 09 Nov 2005 08:37 - 12612 of 27111

That was the kiss of death - GON just dropped a penny - apologies for going off thread - back to SEO

bosley - 09 Nov 2005 09:31 - 12613 of 27111

greekman - 09 Nov 2005 13:27 - 12616 of 27111

blinger,

You state..."I have shown, and to date nobody has argued against the calculations that even if the US company(cant be arsed finding the RNS for the name) converted EVERY single item they sell to Frogpack it would only be worth 1.2m to SEO2.
Whilst as I don't have figures, I obviuosly can't argue with you, but Frogpack is not just limited to one company, so I can't see what you are trying to prove.
