NETeller - CASHING IN (NLR)

HUSTLER - 17 Nov 2004 20:02

NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.

Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Hustler,
the sell off was at 625 and after a further decline today of 21p the bid price is still 652 with a 3p spread so I think it will come much lower over the rest of the weekdiluting the price further...........SD

stuartth1309 - 09 Nov 2005 13:14 - 1261 of 1341

Is there really dilution?

The shares were passed directly from co-founders (on completion of placing) to senior executives and institutions meaning only minimum (or no) shares available to the market to dilute the price.

mickeyskint - 09 Nov 2005 13:24 - 1262 of 1341

From the other side. There is a lock-in clause.

Peart - 8 Nov'05 - 08:36 - 10494 of 10643

The Sellers have agreed to an additional market lock-in arrangement with
Canaccord which among other things will restrict their ability to sell any
further shares for 12 months from 7 November 2005. The Placing will result in
the founder shareholders holding less than 30 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company and hence no longer be deemed to exercise control, as
defined by the City Code. Confirmed buyers in the placing include two members of
the Company's senior management team.

This is retracing pretty quick! Hoping for a buying opportunity soon only its hard to know if its gonna slid right back under 6 before the next rise up!

mickeyskint - 14 Nov 2005 15:08 - 1264 of 1341

moneyplus - 06 Dec 2005 14:52 - 1269 of 1341

SP starting to climb again--perhaps some news coming? The fund managers have become more inyerested in this one now apparently the bank deal is going to be a real cracker!!

Dil - 06 Dec 2005 23:48 - 1270 of 1341

What funds have been buyers then moneyplus ?

Cheers

moneyplus - 07 Dec 2005 01:43 - 1271 of 1341

apparently the CEO has been doing the rounds of fund managers and making presentations about how well they are doing and the bank deal has not registered with the city as well as it should.[that's nothing new to us on this BB]-- the fund that my source works for has bought in quite heavily--in my opinion 12 months too late but they don't listen to my recommends!! now it's the best thing since sliced bread! it's one of those funds that you have to invest a minimum enormous amount in and join the waiting list to be accepted into the pool of investors. when I heard this I lost interest and can't remember the name--it's a bit much when my companies are regarded as a joke until they notice them! Any way I wish I could afford to accumulate a few more but they're a bit pricey now--some difference to yoo!!

moneyplus - 07 Dec 2005 01:46 - 1272 of 1341

I've just seen they closed up a lovely 40p--something is stirring them up!!

moneyplus - 08 Dec 2005 11:40 - 1273 of 1341

racing up again today--anyone heard anything??

pma68 - 08 Dec 2005 14:07 - 1274 of 1341

Could be related to the good set of results posted by PartyGaming today?

gallick - 10 Dec 2005 22:22 - 1275 of 1341

Definately the Party Gaming news affecting the SP.

Just looking at the chart again it's amazing to think that the sp is up 100% over the last 12 months , and yet the sp is below what it was in March.

This definately feels and looks too low. I bought in at about 460p last time, and IC said they thought it was good value at 860p. I am already holding but will open a spread bet tomorrow if goes above Thursday's close.
