My old Passport is still sitting in the envelope with the application form on my desk. The details I need to finish the form off are on a copy of a certificate which I am waiting to arrive from the National Archives offices. The number of hoops I had to jump through to get to this point was surprising. Hopefully the copy of the certificate will arrive this week finally.

I wonder if I will get a holiday afterall :-(

There is Turkey. I've been learning Turkish and wish to try it out. Trouble is, once October hits, to pool water at the apartment we have, cools down fast.

All the more time for drinks then. :-)) It was 40 centigrade out there the week before last and 35 c odd last week, a friend just came back.

Ah, Turkish Delight and apple tea, gulets and amazing scenery. Brings back memories of a holiday in Marmaris where my wife was convinced that she saw a ghost and I (a non believer) was not so sure! Enjoy! :o)
