Hicham El Guerrouj winning his second gold, a great performance.
But without doubt the best was Kelly Holmes winning her second gold medal in what will be her last games.

What can I say. A professionally made luxury sherry trifle can only be experienced, not described. Once experienced, nothing comes close to replacing it, but it can enhance the experience. No no, the thought is too much, nurse nurse!!!!

That's done it now, I have to go to bed because the men in white coats are threatening with a large syringey thing.

Dunno what you could possibly get me that I haven't already had, Stormie - apart from sherry trifle...but somehow I don't think that'd slip down as smoothly right now?

I do seem to remember having to warn you recently that lumpy bits of fruit had been sneaked into the mix, bit hard to swallow! I only have DP open at the moment, to celebrate Kelly Holmes great result, you would be most welcome to some?

Failing that, I have a duplicate key to the cellar!!
