I'm going to stay flat until the smoke clears.
As far as I'm concerned the main trend is still long until below 10400 or 10350.
And that may be a buying opportunity.
Maybe the Feds want to spank the bears again.
What do I know?

hmmmm.......10450 is a Fibonacci support level.
You might be right zarif.

Snoball try USD/CAd Short it for 2/pt or 1/pt daily spot (expires 8pm tomorrow) at 13250 area on daily (see what the future march is) and it should come good.

zarif,
Fins are closed mate. Can't do it tonight. I'll try it on the saxbank simulator.
By the way the 10450 Fib level is a 23.6% retracement and probably not too significant. I would venture to guess though, that if the Dow closes above 10450 tomorrow it will go north again on Friday.
I think I just sounded like a pundit, lol. You better ignore everything I just said.

hi y'all.
just got in from the traders meet.
Horse, I notice a lot of trading platforms seem to get overloaded when there is
a major move. Not surprising really and a good excuse for the spreadbetters to slow things down. I was too slow also. You neet reflexes like zarif.
I see the Dow is +40. It bounced on the 23.6% Fibonacci retracement I see.
Will it keep on going up?

end of the month so wonder what will happen today?
GDP due out shortly so that should set the theme for the day. however, if that goes ok or better than axpected, i think we will see some upward trends but i will hold off opening any positions till after the open.
any one want to give there opinions?

My opinion: short term up to 10700.
Anybody's guess after that.
Tom Hoogard suggested yesterday that something would happen 9/10th February if you believe in Fibonacci Time projections. My projection shows 11th Feb using the daily chart.
On the other hand on a weekly chart March 25th is suggested as a turning point.
