Morning all, not much snow in Hastings but cold and dull. Looks as though the worst is in Yorkshire with lots of schools closed.

Just going to have a quick latte before spending a couple of hours pretending to work ;-)

Celebration worked out really well in end - youngest trudged up
hill with bubbly and cake and snows subsided today, so party's on
for tonight!

Spaceman, hope work is better today .... give it another
week, it might improve by then :-(

Shall bring back fresh supplies for cafe as I am heading
out to stock up again now.

JJ belated birthday wishes - enjoy tonights party

Morning all, a good six inch of snow laying and still coming down. Pleased I don't have to go out today.

Morning - we've got nothing settled on the ground yet here
but it is trying and the wind is awful.
Opto - I expect to see an award winning snowman by the end of the
day - well you can't let all that 'modelling' material go to waste!

Today for lunch we have:
Toad in the hole, with onion gravy, mashed tatties and broccali.
Vegetarian 'cottage' pie with carrots and kale.
Coq au vin with any of the veg above.
Standard cheese and tomato pizza for the big kids!

To follow we have:
Pears and apples in mulled wine.
Ginger pudding with custard.
Creme caramel.

One late breakfast/brunch order for a danish coming up

LOL the custard in this place is compulsory, can't think of any of
the chaps in here that passes up custard with puddings!

arrived saying you were on your way you see - service charge not

too yesterday to struggle up hill - I would have thrown
you a rope! Keep warm, it sounds as if it is your turn
for the snow. Roads clear here but still snow in garden and cold.

Spacey, first morning back sounds like a long one..

... just noticed that the spokesperson on MRSA for
the General Medical Council is called.... Dr Paul Grime!!

We need some REAL snow.

I don't mind looking at snow like that Hils but don't really
want to have to deal with it! LOL
This bunny doesn't ski I'm afraid and tunnelling under that
lot would be a bar-stool of a job.

Snow has all nearly all gone here in Hastings, its fairly warm and its been raining.

Hilary a bit more snow there and you hould be able to hide the buildings completely ;-)
