I suppose what they are trying to do is get everything into being one 'whole' company not bitties of companies.

Expect the next announcement to be similar but for the Streaming Division.
Looks to me like Tad is growing up - costs much less to market ONE company that 3 I'd guess.

Carlsbad, Calif. and Edinburgh and Cambridge (UK), March 7, 2005: Truckee Donner Public Utility District in California has selected Tadpole Technology Group's GO! Sync (Redline) field solution to equip its mobile workforce with GIS and GPS for improvement of field force services.

Ian Fitzgerald of Truckee Donner Public Utility District will be presenting their enterprise adoption of ArcGIS on the ESRI booth at this week's GITA conference. GO! SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Stream Theory, Inc. today announces that it has signed a contract with StreamTech of The Netherlands to provide software-streaming solutions to game ISVs, portals, and ISPs in the Benelux region, Germany and France. StreamTech is a division of Van Der Have Media B.V., a company specialized in editorial and technical solutions for the videogames and entertainment related industry.

Gamers want to get the latest hits quickly. Game publishers want to meet their demand and fight piracy to get their ROI. Traditional methods of getting Windows-based games to market are being made obsolete. CD-ROMs and full-program downloads that need to be installed are expensive, time-consuming and account for sizeable support costs. Software streaming has the ROI advantages of centralized streaming servers and local execution of programs that are delivered on-demand.

Software streaming is an underlying technology that supports utility computing, software-as-a-service and pay-as-you-go pricing. For PC gaming companies and ISPs looking to compete in the games-on-demand (G-on-D) market, software streaming is the technology of choice. Acceptance of software streaming has already captured early mainstream users and continues to provide a competitive business advantage.

Game developers and others in the on-demand gaming market, which according to DFC Intelligence is projected to grow from $1.9 billion in 2003 to $5.2 billion in 2006 and $9.8 billion in 2009, stream software to increase revenue and customer loyalty by offering titles over the Internet for purchase, rental or trial, all with piracy protection and an optimum game-play experience. Software streaming is also a platform that creates new revenue opportunities for regional ISPs who can use it to create games-on-demand and managed services offerings.

"Adding the Stream Theory software-streaming platform to our portfolio allows us to offer products and services that let our customers successfully compete in the games-on-demand space," said Jimmy Van Der Have, CEO of StreamTech. "Besides handling all of the aspects of integrating, hosting, communications and systems management, we are also providing syndication services so that a multitude of game titles become available on the streaming platform to smaller ISPs and portals who could not easily negotiate many separate contracts."

"StreamTech's proven expertise in deploying streaming solutions makes them an ideal channel partner for Stream Theory in Europe," said Steig Westerberg, CEO of Stream Theory. "StreamTech is as focused on and committed to streaming solutions as we are. There is a significant opportunity for both companies to expand the reach within the games-on-demand market and catapult it into wide-spread adoption."

The software-streaming market is built on two markets: games-on-demand and enterprise. Stream Theory leads the global games-on-demand market and Endeavors Technology (www.endeavors.com) leads the enterprise market. Both companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Tadpole Technology plc (LSE- TAD).

About Stream Theory

Stream Theory, Inc., founded in 1996 and with headquarters in Santa Clara, California, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tadpole Technology plc [LSE- TAD]. Stream Theory has developed a patented framework that is a piracy deterrent for software publishers. Stream Theory, Inc. is a leading supplier of software streaming technology for delivering and managing software applications worldwide over IP and digital media. Microsoft gets outside the box with software

A decade ago, Bill Gates and other executives at Microsoft decided that traditional packaged software was dead--all software would eventually be delivered via the Internet.

Microsoft's thinking was premature, but not necessarily incorrect, Gates told CNET News.com last week.

"Like many things around the Internet that were predicted to happen quickly, they're not wrong, they're simply things that take more time," Gates said in a recent interview.

Now, Microsoft is quietly working on the technological innards that will one day let the company offer corporate customers what is known in the industry as "software as a service." Some of Microsoft's competitors in the business software market, such as Salesforce.com and NetSuite, have been offering software as a service products for years.

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 28.02.2005 (17) days ago, when the stock price was 7.2500. Since then TAD has fallen -3.45% .

Were you eager to go long? Well, without doubt, it was the right time to do so. The BUY signal was finally confirmed, and most probably you have called your broker and placed your long orders with no hesitation.

Don't worry if you have missed this buying opportunity. The market may now give you a second chance. You may still find good prices for buying in the next session.

Yuff, be warned, as I posted on Adv:

Well the candlestick analysis failed miserably so I have decided to sue the pants off that website. My lawyers "Suet and Dai" (official legal advisers to the Welsh Meat Industry) have advised me to sue for fraudulent misrepresentation and reckless prognostication. With words of such gravity and length I feel that success is assured, with only a couple of minor procedural obstacles to overcome: (i) anyone who relies on a website entitled British Bulls should be certified, and (ii) there is a small issue of the disclaimer posted on the site. I look forward to the weekend with increasing optimism, safe in the knowledge that the sp cannot go down any further for the next 2 days. I should warn everyone to take this post seriously - my lawyers are prepared to litigate any issue, however small, against any person, however poor (provided payment of their fees is made in advance). Watch this space... and everyone have a great weekend.
