Vasey
Where are you, DYS is on the move!

[:-)

hilary - 07 May 2003 17:32 - 1301 of 23498

Hello Socs,

Don't DYS make those nifty vacuum cleaners?

little willie - 07 May 2003 17:42 - 1302 of 23498

ht..no worries buddy...frogs always let you down, even the dames

hilary - 07 May 2003 17:45 - 1303 of 23498

Saint Willie,

I won't mention Arsene Whinger then.

:-)))))))

Socrates - 07 May 2003 18:01 - 1304 of 23498

Hilary
You are kidding aren't you? I'm still holding Bulmers, it's creeping up 1p to 2p per day, I shall be reaching for the lifebelt very soon.

Incidentally, WGG which I know you love to visit if only to take the michael out of the holders, is active once again. Good volume, price up a respectable percentage two days running. May only be MMs taking advantage but good fun to watch.

vasey - 07 May 2003 19:01 - 1305 of 23498

hello socks....I see the gorgeous Nick has been tickling the share price again! Didn't have a chance to call him, but if I do I will ask him for a clue as to the impressive rise!

Socrates - 07 May 2003 19:27 - 1306 of 23498

Hello Vasey, missed you. It was a good rise wasn't it!

hilary - 07 May 2003 20:17 - 1307 of 23498

No smutty talk of good rises on here please Socs!! This is a financial bulletin board.

Btw, well done with your glass of Scrumpy. I'll maybe pay a visit to your friends the Wiggies ......... I'm sure they'll all be pleased to see me again ......... especially Ace Dipstick Tommy10.

edit: I don't do tips, but if I were to, I'd suggest that you filled your Y-fronts with some quality housebuilder shares for a swing trade on the bull tack. BKL and BWY spring to mind. Imo, of course.

little willie - 07 May 2003 20:59 - 1308 of 23498

Socs...stop the chat about rises please, especially impressive ones,
refer to Minxie above.

Vasey long time no hear, where have you been, whattya been doing? Chillin out, adventuring or working, whatever, just put up your pins and have a bucket of bollie on the lw whose feelin pretty pleased with himself and his huskies..

To the rest of you, I've just rung the bell so for next hour, drinks are on me.
Wish me luck as another 24p on prm and I've hit the jackpot, might not happen but think it will this year and another 30p would be even cooler...

Socrates - 07 May 2003 22:17 - 1309 of 23498

Hilary
I don't do tips either so you just keep your hand off my good rise! You must be out of touch, Tommy10 is long gone although he did resurrect himself as Whitie2. Now even he seems to have vanished although there are some who think he is back under a different guise.

I have held Redrow for a number of years and it's well into profit. Turned out to be one of my best investments, not a trade, bought when it floated about the time Pontious was an air cadet. Nice little dividend to help keep the wolf from the door too.

vasey - 07 May 2003 22:22 - 1310 of 23498

Hi Socks...any chance of a glass of bubbly?

Socrates - 07 May 2003 22:27 - 1311 of 23498

Vasey, what a delight, you are back on your form again. I kept a Magnum on ice just for this occasion. Hold your glass whilst I fill you up.

vasey - 07 May 2003 22:31 - 1312 of 23498

...Oooooooh, go on then, you rascal!

vasey - 07 May 2003 22:32 - 1313 of 23498

I take it you're still holding a few DYS then?

jeffmack - 07 May 2003 22:45 - 1314 of 23498

Evening campers.

Whats happening with the Wiggy Socs?

Socrates - 07 May 2003 23:47 - 1315 of 23498

Vasey
Yes, they never hit my stop loss, by a whisker I must say, so let's hope the rise is not momentary but the start of a trend.

jeffmack
I've no idea. They just seem to become active over the last few days. Probably the MMs being their usual selves but maybe there is something the city boys know that we don't.

vasey - 07 May 2003 23:54 - 1316 of 23498

sleep well, Socs - 'night!

8 Ball - 08 May 2003 00:21 - 1317 of 23498
