Only 100 million shares in issue, 6.25p to buy at present. I own these shares and expect this share to reach between 12-16p by september. it is very good value at present to buy.

The company expects to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30
June 2006 in September.

Based on unaudited information the directors expect core revenues, being the
supply of tissue samples and derivatives and the provision of drug discovery
services, to be not less than 3.7 million. In addition, revenues of 350,000
have been received relating to the licensing of the R4 programme.


At 30 June 2006 the company had cash resources of 6.2 million.


Furthermore, Asterand PLC said it is to offer drug discovery services to the Japanese market through a deal with Mitsui Corporation and Toyobo Co Ltd.

The human tissue research company said it will supply Japanese drug discovery companies with biological samples, data and research services covering a range of diseases, including cancer, gastrointestinal, respiratory, metabolic disorders, inflammatory, cardiovascular, as well as diseases of the Central Nervous System such as Alzheimer's.

this is a good one to Buy and stock as many as you can at these levels. However as usual DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.
