'Ian Balchin, Executive Vice-Chairman Stanelco plc commented: 'I am delighted that Martin has accepted this role to lead Stanelco through the
commercialisation phase of the Company's development.'
Wouldn't that already have been his role as Commercial Director?

Oblo - yes - but now I think he has taken over overall control so that Ian can concentrate on other things. Focus
I see this as a buy signal

As chief executive officer Martin Wagner is now the highest-ranking corporate officer or executive officer of SEO, and the fact that as such he can selects his own team to work with perhaps means they require a bigger team and he has been chosen to lead such a team. He also has the right to hire and fire, which means that he has the opportunity to pick a team that will function, in the probable expansion of the company. This can only be an indication that things are going well.

Oblo,
I believe Martin Wagner was Commercial director for Stanelco RF Technologies Ltd, he's now CEO for Stanelco Plc. This gives him a much bigger stick and overall control of the various subsidiaries.
Greenseal being a product of Stanelco RF Technologies and "Starpol (TM)" supplied by Biotec.
Stanelco Plc being the parent of: Stanelco RF Technologies, Stanelco Inc, Aquasol Limited, Adept Polymers Limited, Biotec...
I too see it as extremely good news, and inidicative of the progress Mr Wagner has made thus far. I presume his commercial skills in this position will add to improved efficiency of Stanelco's commercialisation.

Garyble,
thanks for that - you're quite right. I hadn't made the distinction between the two companies. It makes more sense now.

I have not completely finished my search yet on the STARPOL (TM) issue, but the Staley and Lendell Starpols are completely different materials so I presume one of the reasons for the dual tm, plus their appaerance might have been quite different.
The stanelco Starpol could very well be significantly different to the form of the Lendell product. Its certainly chemically different!

Oblomov,
That's Ok we all make mistakes if we don't pay attention. Not having a dig just proving a point.

Dont get your point Greekman. If you are referring to the TM question I have not made a mistake. I think you are trying to be clever.
I'm not willing to further post publically regarding the STARPOL TM situation because when I do I am subjected to insults from posters making rediculous points from a position of ignorance. When I have answered those posts my answers have been ignored and the posters have then attacked some other point I have made.
If anyone wants me to explain the position privately I'm quite happy to do that. The views of several posters above, I can assure you, have no foundation in fact or in law.

Not sure where this fits in with the ongoing spat (which I admit I do not follow) but I see the final words of todays RNS are-
GREENSEAL, STARPOL, FrogPack and CradleWrap are all trademarks of the Stanelco
plc group.

What a laugh I've just had reading the last three pages of this string... Reminded me of the muppets show the battle between Oblomov and Red, and Blinger the comical host to it all....
